[UD] Russia and Ireland

Recently we had a player named Grubb that put up a vote about NE with Russia. This traitor knew that we wanted to NE Ireland not Russia, because we have no conflict with them.

But troll as he is he decided that it would be better of we had two enemies against us instead of only one. The logic of this person is non existing and i have branded this person to be a traitor of Sweden.

We are currently trying to patch thing up with the Russians because they put up a NE vote against us not long after we did the same to them.
As it looks right now we have a chance that the NE wont go through in both countries.
