you can't run for congress under the socialist party...sorry, your party must be in the top 5 in order for you to be allowed to run

Thanks,I wasn't exactly sure on the exact rules... Thought'd they might take candidates from the top 5 parties which ran candidates in each location. Hence if only four candidates ran I'd could get in.

Plus pulling together a manifesto will hopefully raise the profile of the party even if not used in the end.
