[TR-MoFA] Rental Agreement Between eGeorgia, eIran and eTurkey

Hello Everyone,

Just 5 days ago there was the NAP signed between 3 countries Georgia, Iran and Turkey. One of the term discussed and agreed on, that was included in NAP was the rental agreement which was supposed to happen in 30 days. For some reason governments of 3 countries decided not to wait for a month and discuss and negotiate the terms of the agreement. After discussion we agreed on following;

1) Iran agreed to rent 3 core regions (Northwestern Iran, Southwestern Iran and Hormozgan) to Turkey for the amount of 75k cc ( which is 25k each ) which will be paid on the 20th day of each month.

2) Turkey is allowed to negotiate with Iran about any topic related to her bonuses.

3)Georgia will take control over Northern Armenia and will pay taxes back to Armenia every month.

4)Iran will take control over 3 Armenian regions (Central Armenia, Gegharkunik and Syunik) and 2 UAE`s Regions (Ajman and Umm al Quwain) if UAE government approves that.

5)Turkey will help Iran to declare NE to UAE whenever Iranian government wants, so regarding to that Turkey will cooperate with Iran to liberate one region of UAE and open war to UAE directly.

6)Turkey must cooperate with Iran to reach her mentioned colonies in this agreement during the time that this NAP is still Valid.

7)All parties agree to start research on potential bonuses in the area and distribute them among themselves fairly with cooperation.


Thanks to all the people who participated in these negotiations, finally peace has came and we hope it will last for a long time, This rental agreement alongside with NAP that has been signed 5 days ago and it will be valid for 60 days, Also it would automatically followed by renewal after every 90 days until one of sides does not agree with that anymore.

In order to activate this agreement, it is signed by presidents and MoFA’s of involved parties.

Herkese Merhaba,

Yaklaşık beş gün önce Gürcistan, İran ve Türkiye arasında NAP anlaşması imzalanmıştı. Anlaşmadaki maddelerden biri, 30 gün sonra gerçekleşmesi gereken bölge kiralama anlaşmasıydı. Bazı sebeplerden dolayı üç ülkenin hükümetleri olarakdaha fazla beklemeye gerek olmadığına karar verdik ve müzakereler sonucunda aşağıdaki maddeler üzerinde anlaşma sağladık;

1) İran üç bölgesini (Northwestern Iran, Southwestern Iran and Hormozgan) Türkiye’ye 75 000 cc karşılığında (bölge başına 25 000 cc) kiralamayı kabul eder. Kira miktarı her ayın 20’sinde ödenecektir.

2) Türkiye, İran’lı bonus bölgeleri ile ilgili konuları müzakere etme hakkına sahiptir.

3) Gürcistan Northern Armenia bölgesinin kontrolünü eline alacaktır ve vergi gelirini her ay Ermenistan’a iade edecektir.

4) İran üç Ermenistan bölgesinin (Central Armenia, Gegharkunik and Syunik) ve UAE hükümetinin onayı halinde iki UAE bölgesinnin (Ajman and Umm al Quwain) kontrolünü eline alacaktır.

5) Türkiye, İran hükümetinin talebi halinde, İran ile koordinasyon içinde olarak UAE’de kontrol ettiği bölgeyi özgürleştirip İran’ın UAE’ye NE vermesine yardımcı olacaktır.

6) Türkiye, NAP geçerli olduğu sürece İran’ın bahsedilen kolonilerine ulaşmasında İran ile koordinasyon içinde olacaktır.

7) Tüm taraflar bölgedeki potansiyel bonuslar ile ilgili araştırma başlatmayı ve adil bir biçimde koordinasyon içinde paylaştırılacağını kabul eder.

Bu müzakere sürecine katılım göstermiş olan herkese teşekkür ederiz. Barış sonunda geldi ve umarız ki uzun süre de devam eder. Bu kiralama anlaşması imzalanan NAP anlaşması ile birlikte 60 gün geçerli olacaktır ve her 90 günde bir tarafların itirazı olmadığı sürece yenilenecektir.

Bu anlaşmayı geçerli kılmak için tarafların başkanları ve MoFA’ları tarafından imzalanmıştır.
