There are seven items of the agreement that must be complied by every signatory party, no matter from which country it comes, or how big it is. The agreement can be amended only if every signatory party accept the amendment, which means that every signatory party has the right to veto.

Every signatory party has the same rights and obligations, and can be expelled from the organisation in cases of breaking the rules, but only if every other signatory party vote for it.
This is one and only agreement of IPA, that must be signed by the presidents of signatory parties.

STATUTE

1.) Signatory parties will try to help each other during presidential elections in any way, including manpower, informations of interest etc.
2.) Common activities and tournaments (journalistic competition, quizzes, common actions, organisation of common fire) are considered desirable for strengthening bonds between members and simply for having fun!
3.) Signatory parties will share political informations to each other.
4.) Signatory parties will help each other in case of PTO danger in their country, considering moral, organisational and physical support.
5.) Every member of signatory party who is CP or congressman will give CS of his country to member of another signatory party after both party discuss and agree.If the country has a minister in charge with citizenships the party will give a trust vote and vote pro in the internal discussion.
6.) Every signatory party has right to send one member to another signatory party to become congressman and de facto ambassador of his country in the country where he was sent to (this is not an obligation).
7.) There can't be more than one signatory party per state.
8.) All parties are equal and respect is an obligation.
