派包规则如下
the rules of the give-away are as following:
22级以下含22级水木社党员300体力
under level 22 (22 included) NewSMTH members will get 300 health value of food
23级以上含23级水木社党员200体力
above level 23 (23 included) NewSMTH members will get 200 health value of food
所有非水木社党员100体力
All non-NewSMTH members will get 100 health value of food
