כאן סיידוינדר, אלוף יחסי הציבור שלכם, וזאת הכתבה הגדולה שכולנו ציפינו לה כל כך הרבה זמן. הכל יתברר היום, ומכאן והלאה אנחנו מעלים הילוך ומתקרבים עוד צעד אחד לקראת הפיכה לצבא פנומנלי כמו צבא ההגנה לישראל במציאות.

הרמטכ”ל החדש של צבא ההגנה לאי-ישראל (והמלצתו של ליבר7) הוא דניאל מורד.
בנוסף לכך, החודש הונהגה רפורמה (אותה רפורמה של החטיבות שראינו, שהגה מתן9010) שקובעת שלצה”ל יהיה פיקוד עליון, שהוא יהיה אחראי על קבלת ההחלטות החשובות בצבא, והכי חשוב, על הרמטכ”ל להבחר אך ורק מתוך הפיקוד העליון.

כאשר יש לכם תלונות או מקרה בעייתי, האדם הראשון אשר עליכם לפנות אליו הוא הסרן שלכם. אם הוא לא עונה לכם, אז פנו לרב סרן שלכם. אם גם הוא לא עונה לכם או אינכם מצליחים להגיע לפיתרון, גשו למפקד החטיבה. אם גם שם לא הגעתם לתוצאה מספקת, אתם מוזמנים לפנות לכל אחד מחברי הפיקוד העליון. אנחנו נתייחס לכל התלונות והבעיות שלכם ונטפל בכולן. מצב שבו יש חייל שמתעלמים ממנו או חייל שהוא אובד ללא עזרה, הוא לא מצב אפשרי בצה”ל של היום.



בימים אלו החטיבה העילית של צה”ל, חטיבת הצנחנים, עברה שדרוג. בפיקודו של המפקד הנצחי, ביגל בוי, החטיבה תפעל באותה מתכונת של יחידות מפורסמות ומוצלחות מרחבי העולם החדש (למשל הופלייטס, מיחידת האחים שלנו) במתכונת שמתבססת על כוח, פעילות, וזמינות. בחטיבה נשארו רק חיילים פעילים הנמצאים בצ’אט יום יום, והם יהוו את חוד החנית של צבא ההגנה לישראל במבצעים מסביב לעולם, בהגנה על הארץ הקדושה ועל חבריה.

בימים אלו נגמר המחזור הראשון של קורס הקצינים האי-ישראלי. על הקורס אחראי אלוף מתן9010 שבנה אותו בעזרת בלודגר ועמרי, הרמטכלים לשעבר. מטרת הקורס היא בעצם להכין חיילים פוטנציאלים ומצטיינים לעבודה החשובה שהיא ניהול מחלקה. במהלך הקורס נשרו כמה חיילים, אך בסופו של דבר נשארנו עם הטופ של הטופ של הקצינים העתידיים. לאחר שורה של מבחנים הגיעו ארבע חיילים וחיילת אחת, למעמד המרגש בו התבשרו
שעברו את קורס הקצינים בהצלחה. הקצינים שובצו למחלקות ויתחילו בעבודתם בהקדם.

בימים האחרונים היה קצת אי-סדר בגולני ונוצר בלבול לגבי הפלוגות. זאת כתוצאה מרפורמה קלה בצורת הניהול בחטיבה- מהיום, כל פלוגה תורכב ממפקד פלוגה, וכל פלוגה תתחלק לשתי מחלקות- אלפא ובראבו, אלף ובית. לכל מחלקה יהיה מפקד מחלקה אשר יהיה כפוף למפקד הפלוגה(או- רב סרן). שתי המחלקות בעצם יתפקדו מאוד קרוב זו לזו, והחלוקה למחלקות היא בעיקר על מנת לשמור על רמה גבוהה של תקשור פעיל בין המפקד לחיילים שלו.
* לעתים מפקד פלוגה יהיה גם מפקד של אחת המחלקות,זאת על מנת לחסוך בכוח אדם מיותר

לאור התפתחויות הימים האחרונים ולאור הדגש החזק של הפיקוד העליון הנוכחי של צהל על ערכים ומשמעת, הוחלט להנהיג תפקיד חדש בצה”ל- התפקיד הידוע לשמצה של רס”ר המשמעת. הרס”ר ידאג ויטפל בבעיות המשמעת והריבים במידה ותרחשו ויחליט על עונש מתאים. מקרים כמו חוסר כבוד, קללות, ריבים, אי ציות לפקודות, גניבת אספקה, או כל דבר הנוגד את הערכים של צה”ל- כולם יטופלו בהתאם. יהיה ניתן לערער על החלטת הרס”ר לחברי הפיקוד העליון. עוד פרטים על התפקיד ודרך התנהלותו יפורסמו בזמן הקרוב.

זה לא הכל, חיילים, עבודתינו עדיין לא השתלמה. פרוייקטים רבים עדיין נמצאים בתהליכים. בניית מערכת אספקה קבועה, פרוייקט הכוח, סיום הקוד האתי, החזרת חברים ישנים לצבא ועוד נושאים רבים עדיין נמצאים בתהליכי עבודה של חברי הפיקוד העליון. אנחנו נעדכן אתכם בנעשה.

**** את תשומת לבכם, היום אנחנו לא נלחמים בנצרת אלא אנחנו נלחמים בעבור אחינו היוונים כשהם נלחמים על חייהם במרכז יוון. מלחמת ההתנגדות תחכה.



בנימה הזאת, ברצוני לסיים בכמה משפטים על צה”ל..
צה”ל אינו צבא מושלם, בדומה לצבאות רבים בעולם החדש. המדינה והצבא סבלו מזעזועים רבים במהלך השנים, כמו במציאות. אבל בסופו של דבר צה”ל הולך ומשתפר ומתחזק מרגע לרגע, תודות לעבודה קשה וזיעת אפיים של הקצינים שלו, והתמיכה של הבסיס, של היסוד, אשר הוא אתם, החייילים. ישנם חיילים רבים בזמן האחרון אשר בוחרים ללכת בדרך הרווח האישי ועוזבים את הארץ..

"האנשים המצליחים בעולם הזה הם מי שקמים ומחפשים את הדרכים הרצויות להם , ואם הם אינם מוצאים אותן , הם יוצרים אותן"

צבא ההגנה לישראל תמיד יעמוד על המשמר מול כל אויבי ישראל וילחם בהם עד הסוף המר. כי אין, אבל אין לנו ארץ אחרת.

Hello soldiers, at ease!
This is Sidewinder here, your Public Relations Aluf, and this is the big article we all have been expecting for so long. Everything will be made clear today, and we are now stepping up our efforts and growing one step closer towards becoming a phenomenal army, like the real Israeli Defence Forces.

To those of you who are still not aware- our old Rav Aluf, Lieber7, has retired due to lack of time. We would like to salute him for his great job, and hope that he will return to us soon.

The new Rav Aluf of the eIsraeli Defence Forces (and lieber7’s recommendation) is Danielmorad, who was chosen after many months of great service for the eIDF.

In addition, in the last month a reform was put to action, that states that the eIDF will have a high command council, that will be in-charge of making important decisions in the army, and most importantly, elect the new Rav Aluf from within its ranks.

When you have a complaint, a problem or a hard case, the first person you should contact is your Seren. if he doesn't answer, see your Rav Seren or Brigade Commander. If even that result is not sufficient to your taste, see anybody of the high command. We all listen and treat all of your problems. A situation in which an eIDF soldier is ignored or lost without help, is not a possible situation in today’s eIDF.



In these days eIDF’s bread and butter, the elite force of eIsrael, the Airborne Brigade, has been upgraded. Under the command of the eternal commander, Beagle Boy, the brigade will act in the same formula as many famous and successful units around the e-world, a formula based on Strength, Activity, and Availability. The brigade will only hold daily active IRC users and will be the spearhead of the eIsraeli Defence forces, defending the Holy Land and its allies.

Yesterday the first class of the eIsraeli officer course has ended. The man behind it is Aluf Matan9010 who built it with the help of bloodger and lieber7, our former Rav Alufs. The purpose of the course is to prepare potential and quality soldiers to the important part of running a platoon. During the course some sodliers dropped out but in the end we were left with the bread and butter of future serens. After a line of tests we have 5 soldiers, to the exciting occasion where they were told they have successfully passed the Officer Course. The new officers have been assigned to platoons and will begin their work shortly.

We had some mess around Golani and we encountered some confusion regarding the platoons. That was caused because of a slight reform in the way the Brigade operates- Starting from today, Each company will have a company commander, and each company will consist of 2 platoons: Alpha/Bravo, Alef/Bet. Each platoon will have its own officer that will act under the Company Officer(or, Rav Seren). Both platoons will act very closely together, and the platoon division is mainly to maintain a high level of personal communication between the commanders and the soldiers.
*Sometimes a Company Seren will also be a seren of one of the platoons, in order to save manpower.

Due to latest developments and the strong need of the High Command to put values and discipline, it was decided to put an officer to be in charge of the discipline. He will take of discipline related problems, any fights of disagreements that might occur, cases of disrespect, swearing, fighting, disobedience , supplies theft or anything that stands against eIDF’s Values. An appeal could be made to other members of the High Command. More details on the job and the way it will operate, soon.


That man would be Matan9010.


That is not all ladies. Our work is yet to be finished. Many projects are still progress. Our supply companies, the strength project, ethics code, bring back old friends to the army and many more subjects are still under work. Stay tuned.

**** Please note: Today, July 13, we are not fighting in Nazereth, we are helping our brothers, the greeks, as they fight in Central Greece. Our RW will wait.


I would like to finish with a sentence, aimed for those soldiers who choose to leave the eIDF and eIsrael for personal profit:
“The world’s most successful men are those who get up and find their wanted ways; and if they don’t find them, they make them. “

Never forget this- eIsrael is our country and home.
