[TCP] Party Leadership

In my Announcement Article, I focused on the Constitution Party's 3 Pillars that will help you FIND YOUR VOICE:

1. Access to Legislative Power

2. Stewardship of Tax Revenue

3. Sovereignty of eUSA

Today, I'd like to suggest a Party Leadership and Structure.

Titles & Roles:
What I am listing below are in-game titles, as these are the most relevant and publicly visible. We have many party members who are involved in leadership at the Country Level, and a couple even have titles on the Country Politics page. You won't see their names duplicated on the Party Page. That is intentional as I aim to continue creating as many opportunities for all players to engage as possible.

While the titles signify a prominent role in party leadership, we will mainly function as a team. Specific tasks and responsibilities will be picked by anyone as they are able.

Role Descriptions

De Facto Vice President - If the Party President is banned, dies or resigns, the party member with the next highest XP becomes the party president. This position is not appointed, it's a default game mechanic. I don't plan on getting banned, dying, or resigning so this position should not be necessary but is worth noting.

De Lure Vice President: The VP leads the party if the President is temporarily unavailable. Holds the Country President accountable to the party platform. Helps represent the Party in conversations with other political parties and military units, both national and foreign, in search of international alliances and domestic coalitions.

Secretary General: Organizes the staff, the party forum discussion, and all official party documents.

Councillor: Organizes and leads the party's Congress members. Offers political advice and strategy to members in all positions. An experienced teacher and mentor.

Spokesman: Responsible for Public Relations, including in-game and meta-game messaging and media. Member recruitment, advertising, and propaganda are mainstays for the Spokesman.

There are many players who have tremendous roles on the Country Page even though you might not see them listed on the Party Page.

We also have members involved in leadership within their Military Unit:
Derphoof is Commander of BroForce Worldwide
Everette Castelle is Commander of eUS Military
Jason the Great is commander of US Army
Erhnaios and just another George are captains in US Army
Garmr and Carlos are captains in Easy Company

And several more are in Congress.

As you can see, this party is full of leaders and is growing in membership and leadership every day.

I'm having a blast working with this team and I'm looking forward to another great month with TCP.
