Belo Horizontee is the new Italian MOFA. This assignment is something new in the Italian scene: those who preceded him, Feliks Edmundovic, has long been MOFA regardless of CP who ruled Italy, and he was CP too.
Feliks Edmundovic is certainly a very experienced player, and helped to rebuild the Italian diplomacy, but it certainly has never been a friend of the Swiss people. In the Government Castell Militarista, who then suffered a impeachment, he was one of the protagonists (although not the main one) of that ugly chapter of history that has forced me to leave Italy, asking for political asylum in Switzerland, which has the same Castell Militarista made some time after. Now, Castell Militarista is back to the government in Italy, as viceCP.

Belo Horizontee, however, opens up the possibility of a dialogue: we are neighboring countries, and the idea of ​​opening a dialogue with Italy can certainly be interesting.
I am an ambassador, my role is to build possibility of diplomacy: will be the governments, the Swiss and Italian, to decide how this dialogue can grow.

First question: Could you make a presentation?
My name is Belo Horizontee, in RL Erik, are currently in Italian Minister for Foreign Affairs. Before becoming a minister I was Ambassador in Croatia and Bosnia.

Second question: Are you going to the Foreign Ministry, to Feliks Edmundovic for a long time has been in power in the role of MOFA and also CP. He is a very experienced player certainly, but also very controversial. For some of a technician (in the penultimate presidential, for example, was chosen as MOFA by both main contenders CP).
In what state is the Italian diplomacy? What are the first steps it intends to take?
First of all I must say that everything I know is for Feliks, and I thank him so much. Italian diplomacy is constantly growing, the main problem is that it is hard to find the right people to work in diplomacy. Mainly thanks to my co-workers (Millyi, Atlius and MadreSuperiora), this month will be a test. As you can see we decided to strengthen the cooperation between Italy and Taiwan, our greatest ally (Taiwan is the most similar to Italy in this game).
We will work to strengthen the diplomacy - to instruct new ambassadors mainly - and improve the management and delivery of the ministry.

Third question: Italy has for months been plundered by foreign countries. The Italian choice has always been that of war, which, however, has not had - in the end - no liberation.
Words such as "Peace, Agreements, Change" what role will the policies of his ministry?
Italy is located in an awkward position. In Italy there are not many active players, this takes away the strength to respond to attacks by foreigners who are much stronger than us, they are mainly taking our resources to get the bonus they need. In the past months, thanks to the support of EDEN (and not only), we had a couple of days where Italy was liberated, but did not last long. We are talking about everything, peace, agreements and change: our idea is to make the best possible thing for Italy. And we'll try.

Fourth question: In the past months EDEN has been criticized even in the Italian, you can not be denied. Do not you think the time has come to call into question the alliance?
EDEN is the longest-running alliance eRepublik, this means something - ie union - which is quite a feat considering the other global alliances. I must admit, has been criticized for lack of activity in Italy, but I don't think the time has come to call into question EDEN, they help us as much as can: also coming our time.

Fifth question: Personally, as ambassadors, is very dear friendship between Switzerland and Italy. Although in different alliances, for a country like ours - pacifist and who does not consider erepublik just a war game - would love to create a treaty of friendship, but at the moment we do not believe that Italy is going to have with us a MPP. Do you think we can work together to achieve this goal?

Belo Horizontee è il nuovo MoFA italiano. Questo incarico è qualcosa di nuovo nel panorama italiano: chi lo precedeva, Feliks Edmundovic, è stato a lungo MoFA a prescindere dai CP che governavano l’Italia, e lui stesso è stato CP.
Feliks Edmundovic è certamente un player molto esperto, ed ha contribuito a ricostruire la diplomazia italiana, ma sicuramente non è mai stato amico del popolo svizzero. Nel Governo Castell, che ha poi subìto un impeachment, è stato uno dei protagonisti (sebbene non il principale) di quella brutta pagina di storia che ci ha obbligati ad andarcene dall’Italia, chiedendo asilo politico in Svizzera, cosa che lo stesso Castell ha fatto qualche tempo dopo. Ora, Castell è di nuovo al Governo in Italia, come viceCP.

Belo Horizontee, invece, apre alla possibilità di un dialogo: siamo paesi confinanti e l’idea di aprire un dialogo con l’Italia può certamente essere interessante.
Noi siamo ambasciatori, il nostro ruolo è costruire possibilità di diplomazia: saranno i governi, quello svizzero e quello italiano, a decidere come questo dialogo possa crescere.

Ora vi lascio all’intervista, sperando che questo contributo possa essere utile alla pace e ai popoli, al di là delle alleanze che ci dividono.

Prima domanda: Ci potrebbe fare una sua presentazione?
Mi chiamo Belo Horizontee, in RL Erik, a attualmente sono ministro degli affari esteri Italiani. Prima di diventare ministro ero ambasciatore in Croazia e Bosnia.

Seconda domanda: Lei succede, al ministero degli esteri, a Feliks Edmundovic che per molto tempo è stato al potere nel ruolo di MoFA e anche di CP. Egli è un player sicuramente molto esperto ma anche molto controverso. Per alcuni un tecnico che dà del tu al potere (nelle penultime presidenziali, per esempio, è stato scelto come MoFA da entrambi i principali CP contendenti).
In che stato è la diplomazia italiana? Quali sono i primi provvedimenti che intende prendere?
Prima di tutto devo dire che tutto quello che so degli esteri è tutto merito suo, e lo ringrazio tanto. La diplomazia Italiana è in constante crescita, il problema principale è che è difficile trovare persone adatte per lavorare nella diplomazia. Principalmente, grazie ai miei collaboratori (Millyi, Atlius e MadreSuperiora), questo mese sarà un test. Come potete vedere abbiamo deciso di rafforzare la collaborazione tra l'Italia e Taiwan , il nostro più grande alleato (Taiwan è il paese più simile all’Italia in questo gioco).
Lavoreremo nel rafforzare la diplomazia - istruire nuovi ambasciatori principalmente - e migliorare la gestione e la fornitura del ministero.

Terza domanda: L'Italia è da mesi saccheggiata da paesi stranieri. La scelta italiana è sempre stata quella della guerra, che tuttavia non ha sortito - in definitiva - alcuna liberazione.
Parole come "Pace, Accordi, Cambiamento" quale ruolo avranno nelle politiche del suo ministero?
L'italia si trova in una posizione scomoda. In Italia non ci sono tantissimi giocatori attivi, questo ci toglie la forza per rispondere agli attacchi stranieri che sono molto più forti di noi, a loro interessano principalmente le nostre risorse per avere i bonus necessari. Nei mesi passati noi, anche grazie al supporto di EDEN (e non solo), abbiamo avuto un paio di giorni dove l'Italia era liberata, ma è durato poco. Da noi si parla di tutto, di pace, di accordi e di cambiamento: la nostra idea è quella di fare la migliore cosa possibile per l'Italia. E ci proveremo.

Quarta domanda: Nei mesi passati EDEN è stata molto criticata anche nell'ambiente italiano, credo non si possa negare. Non crede sia arrivato il momento di mettere in discussione questa alleanza?
EDEN è l'alleanza più longeva di eRepublik, questo significa qualcosa - cioè unione - che non è cosa da poco viste le altre alleanze mondiali. Devo ammetterlo, è stata criticata per scarsa attività in Italia, ma non credo che sia arrivato il momento di mettere in discussione EDEN, loro ci aiuto il più che possono: arriverà anche il nostro momento.

Quinta domanda: A noi personalmente, come ambasciatori, sta molto a cuore l'amicizia tra Svizzera e Italia. Sebbene in alleanze diverse, ad un paese come il nostro - pacifista e che non considera erepublik solo un gioco di guerra - farebbe molto piacere creare un trattato di amicizia, visto che al momento non crediamo che l'Italia abbia intenzione di avere con noi un MPP. Crede che si possa lavorare insieme per questo obiettivo?
