[State] Congrats and Changes

Day 2,108, 13:48 Published in USA USA by Department of State

Fellow Americans,

Before I jump into the main topic of this article, I would first like to congratulate and give thanks to allies and CoT for coordination during the Hungary campaign. As you can see from your maps, Hungary has been pushed out of the US, Mexico, and Russia, all the way back to some regions in Ukraine. While this was a success, we are nowhere near finished. A campaign against Serbia is currently in the works and we are also still occupied by Poland, who has now returned to the offense in the Great Plains. We have a long road ahead of us, but at least we know we have some people by our side. Many nations, allies, friends, and even some enemies of an enemy participated in this campaign, for which we are grateful.

Another small note, although this news is not fresh, Squibeel is no longer Military Commander of CoT, and has been replaced by Kaad from Belgium. We may have more developments from CoT to report after the meeting this Sunday.

In my first article I announced that rainy sunday was head of Ambassador Affairs. However, there has been a change, and our new Director of Ambassador Affairs is Wild Owl. He has been working in State as the Super Ambassador to Spain, and will be taking over this role for the remainder of the term and hopefully more to come. Welcome him and wish him the best of luck in this new responsibility.

In this time, the Ambassador Program has fallen a bit behind and requires some fresh blood into the system. We would like to ask those interested in getting involved in the State Department to fill out this form. State Department has a more unique structure than others, and the Ambassador Program remains the major piece of infrastructure we have to involve newer players and provide work.

We need you involved, and being an ambassador is a good first step to involvement in our massive international playing field. It is important to me, and to the country, that we maintain knowledge about our ever changing world and communication with our allies and even sometimes our adversaries.

I will reiterate this for importance: Please fill out this form to become an ambassador. We need you.

Remember to keep fighting those battles and following priorities closely. Do not overdamage, and put your focus where it is needed. I will likely have more to present to you soon, and will keep you posted on further updates from abroad and CoT HQ. If you have any questions, please send them to me, and I will be happy to answer.
