[SSG] Shinsengumi Lottery

[BACKGROUND MUSIC]

Shinsengumi has set certain goals that we are trying to accomplish:
#1. Improve the Military Unit
#2. Improve the Party
#3. Improve our relations with the other parties and work as a third-party to help the different parties to get along.
We are working hard and we are starting to see the results.
Today we are celebrating, our Party is ranked second nationally.

Shinsengumi is organizing a lottery.

Rules:
- Every member of the Shinsengumi party has right to participate in the lottery
- In order to participate you must fill in the form
- You can chose only one (lucky) number
- The organizer (me) wont participate in the lottery

Prizes:
1-st place: 10 gold
2-nd place: 100 Q7 tanks
3-rd place: 1000 Q5 food

The lucky winners will be chosen via random.org
