[Special Report] USA under attack - Russian president flips, attacks everything.

To the dismay of Phoenix and Russia, the President of Russia has unilaterally decided to lead his country to her doom. After facing an impeachment proposition with the majority of the Congress in favor, HankScorpio apparently decided to leave his office in a thunderous fury and attacked the neighboring nations of USA, China and Finland. This puts Russia to a severe disadvantage and the invasion of Russia being quietly planned and tossed around now comes to be a plan certainly executed during the upcoming weeks.

Russia is infamous for their instability. They have been on the brink of a civil war on many occasions, with the powerful military overruling the other factions of the society. Russia is famous for their banned presidents, often serving for weeks after being banned when the congress has been incapable or unwilling to impeach them. Today the arguing within the nation has led to a disastrous outcome when the president doomed his country to inevitably fall when facing overwhelming Eden-MPP-stacks.

The attack on Alaska was instantaneously accompanied by attacks on Inner Mongolia, China and Oulu, Finland. Russia had attacked China earlier, but the U.S MPP😒 from the war against Russia had been either cancelled or expired, leaving only Croatia. The fresh attack on Alaska activates 15 new MPP😒, raising the total tally to 16. All major Eden powers like Poland, Romania and Spain are included, making the stack a deadly weapon. Finland’s stack is slightly smaller, consisting only 5 MPP😒, but they are all extremely powerful European nations, forming the big 5 of Eden. These nations are Spain, Poland, Croatia, Romania and Greece, all proven capable of dealing a minimum of 500k damage.

As the situation is still unfolding, no official statements have reached us from the Phoenix HQ or from PHX member nations. There has been suspicions of this being a giant sham, presumably to divert damage from a possible attack on Spanish colonies in France or other major Eden targets, but the temporary loss of original regions or even the permanent loss of Aquitaine and Rhone Alps are a fair price for two new MPP-stacks against Russia, the most resource-rich nation in the World.

The nation hit hardest by HankScorpio’s farewell gift is Serbia. Phoenix has evolved to be more or less an alliance designed to protect a single region, the Serbian iron source of Liaoning. Reports say Serbia has been hit by a massive budget deficit caused by the successful defending against USA in the first battle of Liaoning. They had to borrow money from Phoenix, and a major source of this loan money was Russia, who are extremely rich due to the high concentration of natural resources in Russia. Should Russia face invasion, they surely can’t loan money for Serbia to defend Liaoning anymore.

In case Liaoning falls, Russia will become the strongest nation of Phoenix economy-wise. Hungary has fallen in to decline after losing HLJ and Brazil isn’t effective of exploiting the significant natural resources they possess. Capturing Eastern Siberia and Far Eastern Region would offer Eden a monopoly to Titanium, the resource tanks and helicopters are made in V2. The drastic act done by HankScorpio will certainly be a huge blow to Phoenix’s morale and their ability to wage war as Russia is responsible for a fair share of their MPP-, and mobile damage. Hardcore Russian style, the impeachment failed with a margin of two votes. Now when HankScorpio stays in office he could retreat the entire nation to the various Eden nations waiting for the possibility to attack, if he wants to inflict maximum harm to Russia.

Apparently to his own amusement, HankScorpio managed to con over 700G from a notable American, Max McFarland 2. Attacks on low-populated regions and a shout by HankScipio implied he had gone rogue and paid the attacks for himself, but lacked the money to attack Poland. He asked for the money in the mentioned shout so MM2 decided it's worth a shot and sent the needed 700G. HankScipio didn't attack Poland however, but shared the money with various top-citizens of Phoenix.

After a brief calm period, HankScorpio has initiated a new phase in the world war, a phase clearly in favor of Eden. Even before today’s attacks, China possessed a full set and after the presumable fall of Liaoning, Russia would have served as the obvious next target. HankScorpio has greatly eased Eden’s possible campaign and he truly deserves the title of a True American Hero.
