Committee Elections

Due to people not retaining their congress seats and as well as some positions not being filled at the last committee election we had a new election for the following committees

Finance x 1
Defence and Foreign Affairs x 2
Home Affairs x 3

Citizenship Results

CheetahCurtis - 5
Kapten Johnson - 4
Pannonian nomad - 3
Aleksandar V. Popovic - 2
Frixios of the Clyde - 2
None of the above - 3

With that CheetahCurtis was elected to the one free spot on the Citizenship committee.

Finance

Frixios of the Clyde - 14
Rafay Ahmed - 2
None of the above - 2

With that Frixios of the Clyde was elected to the one free spot on the Finance committee.

Defence and Foreign Affairs

There was someone who shouldn't have been here, you know who you are 🙁, as well as someone else who wasn't meant to be there due to already having a seat on the aforementioned committee. So the results will not include these people.

A tie for second seat, so I just went off first name alphabetically (there are more pressing matters to deal with atm) so Aleksander V. Popovic and Kapten Johnson win the two spots on the Defence and Foreign Affairs committee.


Home Affairs

3 candidates were open for 3 spots. So Paisana, CheetahCurtis and VoodooMike71 are elected to the Home Affairs committee.

Trusted Citizens

Fataliix has been added to the trusted citizens list, 200k has been moved to give 100k to two people on the Trusted Citizens list under the Woldy's Angels Act. Here is the Trusted Citizen list and on the Legislative Overview sheet there will be a statute book for the Woldy's Angels Act as well. This is to be done to keep money safe just in case we are MTO'd by a foreign entity.

Conclusion

I know there hasn't been an update in a while so I apologise for that, hopefully I will be able to release more regular updates in the future o7. Congress has been a handful but we've reached some level of calm (at least for the most part) so hopefully we can continue this.
