Tutorial about politics PART 2




Greetings!

You read offical article by Secretary of Solidarity.

Now i continue writing about politics. In this second i will write about congress.

Lets begin!

CONGRESS

Congress is place where elected candidates decide about economy, military or politics of they country. Congress members also can aprove citizenships.



How to became a member?

You need to set your candidature Firstly, you need party for that. Select ^Run for congress^, and if you want your presentation. You can do that only from 16. to 24. in every month. 24. president of party chooses offical canidates.





While finished Running for congress, you have two options:


- Click first to resign your candidacy
- Click second to edit presentation

Now, you should wait for 25. because then are elections:

Congress member can:

- Vote on proposal by president or congress
- Propose laws
- Approve citizenship

proposing law

Congress member can propose 2 laws in his/her mandate.

That laws is:

New citizen fee - Cannot be lower than 5. Money goes from national treasury.

Country donations - Transfer money or gold FROM country accounts to organization.

Issueing money - Take gold from the treasury and replace it as money. Includes paying a transaction tax of which is deducted at a rate of 0.005 gold per 1 unit of money.

Change taxes - an not be lower than 1% and higher than 99% (for Import Tax or VAT), or 50% (for Income Tax). Raw materials have no VAT.

Minimum wage - Law for change minimum wage from job market. Cant be lower than 0.10 local currency.

Natural Enemy - Propose a neighboring country for natural enemy. This is free and if agreed president must choose one neighboring region of that country to attack or war will be started automatically for 24 hours.
This The prosing country citizens will get +10% bonus while fighting against their natural enemy. Also, citizens get bonus when training.

President Impeachment - Remove the President and replace him with whichever previous presidential candidate received the second-highest vote score. Requires 66% of Congress votes to be passed. You have to wait 7 days to start a new impeachemnt, no mather if it was successful or not.

*Laws will be accepted or rejected for 24 hours. They depends of votes.

ALERTS

The President and the Congress Members will receive a private message announcing this issue if -
his/her country does not have any job offers between skill 0 and 1 on the Human Resources market, or -
his/her country's treasury does not have enough fund to support the next 500 new citizens.

INTERESTING:

You WILL NOT lose congress member sit if you leave a party or country, only way is to resign from congress (in country administrations). But you cant sent request for citizenship in other country.



Operation "Health"


SoS opened operation called Health.

What is mission of that operation?
Mission is to incerease health of Swiss citizens (with or without citizenship).

How you can incerease health of citizen, can you demonstrate?
With food of course, if player have not money for food or if player have too low wellness, SoS will gives him food every day until he have high wellness.
