What is a dream? A goal? An ambition?

The last few days I have seen many dreams in this game. They are easily recognisable, these dreams. They are the ideas people shake their head at. They are the plans people light-heartedly slap you on the shoulder for and leave with a "Well, good luck with that." They are the opinions people laugh at.

You migth say you'd better not have any dreams, for they will end up shattered and lost. Better to use all the time, resources and energyfor something else...something that will gain you something at least.

Yet, dreams have one quality, one curious ability.

Dreams are often infectious.

They get under your skin, send you into a fever. And sometimes, other people catch it too. Then a dream becomes a shared dream...and things start to happen.

It is the start of any revolution, any entreprise, any success.

So today, I salute all of you, with dreams. I salute Kaad's dream, I will support Daneel's dream and I certainly will not give up on my own dream of a new Labour party.

No matter what the Great Leader of the Belgian Labour Party has to say about that.

Here's one to all you dreamers: dream on!
