經過許多方面的考量
after considering many condition
我們決定與南韓先協議停火
ROC and SK decide to sign a Cease fire agreement first
待外來威脅過了之後再來討論兩國問題
the problem between us should be discussed later

停火協議
Cease fire agreement

1. 接下來的ROC-SK戰場將恢復軍演狀態，兩國需互相協助彼此在應該獲勝的場次獲勝，兩國固有邊界將不因軍演改變
1. The next battles between our countries will be considered training wars and treated as such in the official battle orders. Each part will help the other one to win their defensive battle if necessary so that the original borders will not be changed.

2.雙方將通知國民戰爭狀態已轉變為軍演，我們應將火力轉至協助盟友
2. Each side will announce it's people that the war has turned into a training one and that now we should focus on helping our allies.

3.雙方的ＭＰＰ將被通知協助ＲＯＣ與ＳＫ雙方依此協議進行軍演
3. The MPPs partners will be informed and asked to fight according to our agreement and to not interfere or if needed to even aid us to keep the agreement safe.

4.有關戰爭花費、資源地租金等問題不包含在此停火協議之中，此問題將在之後的協議另行討論
4. The war expenses and rent will not be included in this cease fire agreement but in the future land swaps deals they will be taken into consideration.
