关于SK的外交事件

SK的起义相信大家这两天都看到了。
在和SB开战之前，后院起火，不得不令人担忧。

附件是SK囧统写给我的信。
这里是我的疑问：
1. pk政府中韩谈判最终条约有没有备案?
2. 这几个月我们究竟是给了SK租金SK不认，还是真如他们所说所有囧统都是能拖就拖一分钱没给？

这里是我的担忧：
我们是彻底要和周边所有国家把关系搞僵么？那么在我们正面受到SB作战的时候，将会受到多方起义的困扰。巴基斯坦的铝，日本的水果，韩国的麦，我们真的强大到在和SB正面火拼的同时还能兼顾这些殖民地么？

呼吁外交部发言人来解释下SK事件。

You were there together with aliaspk when we discuseed to give you grain and aluminium region, remember? 【注1】I hope so! We gaved the regions to you on February 3rd and we agreed on a rent.

Today is April 19th and till now, China didnt payed any rent. We had enough regions for aluminium and grain and in the virtue of good neibourghs we accepted that China is big ans strong and even if it has 10.000 gold in treasury doesnt have money to pay a "huge" rent of 200 gold/month.

Since that day there wasnt a single day when not to try to talk with Chinese side in the search for a solution. We waited for political stability, for a new president, for getting an aluminium region form Japan, for getting another from Pakistan, for CP being online, for MofA bing online, for things to cool down, for...

In all this time South Korean economy was suffering and had a loss of 35% bonus (25% iron + 10% weapon) while China was having the 5% bonus for aluminium.
As I know friends help each other in need. China needed grain and alumnium and SK helped. Now we asked for China help to recover our bonuses or to change capital (trough some swaps with ROC). But it seems friendship has different meaning for China.

We are a small country but we dont like to be taken for fools. We will fight for our region and drain you everyday if you dont want to return the favor to a friend untill we get it. WIll you erase us? We have nothing to lose as we dont have economic bonuses anyway.

I hope now you understand my point of view and the reasons for starting the RW! We are not the enemies, we are frieds, but friends considered slaves! We were good when we helped, we are bad if we ask for what is ours!

【注1】：这里是他记错了，我参加的是和blodance以及肥堡一起的中韩第一次谈判，当时我们的提议是拿山东换他们的麦+铝，后因中巴开战，韩国本身政局不稳而谈判暂停。后来在月末又进行了中韩第二次谈判，也是由blodance和我出席，最终谈判是个租约，谈判结果应该在178议会区有备案。但当时韩国政局仍然不稳，所以只是个备忘录，待韩国政局稳定之后才生效。后来？后来就是换届了，后来blo就死了 =.=

Hi Silentstalker,

I am writing you regarding Jeollanam-do, the aluminum region that is on your possession and blocks the trade route to our capital. We had a lot of talks about this subject recently and even if we agreed with ROC (Taiwan) to declare you as NE or war in order to solve the problem, they are too afraid of China and their solutions are complicated and need a long time to be put into action.

This is why I am asking you directly and very polite to return the region to us. SK and China had very good relations in the last 3-4 months, SK has given away for free aluminum and grain region, SK has helped China in many battles and aliaspk, takt can tell you about that. We are friends and when in need friends help each other. South Korea helped China when he suffered from lack of grain and aluminum, now South Korea is suffering because it cannot connect the rest of the country to the capital. While China wins a 5% bonus trough that region South Korea loses 35%. Soon percentages will be 25% and 50% (due to the new rules). Furthermore, China already has another aluminum region in Pakistan.

We are a small nation but as any other we have the right to have access to our resources. Dark clouds are gathering form the ONE alliances as Iran and Serbia want to fight China and we want to help by all our powers. I am sure you want a strong ally not a undeveloped country.

Therefore I ask for the permission to release Jeollanam-do back to South Korea trough a Resistance War. Please let me know your thoughts about this matter.

Taiwan agreed the following plan:

Status: ROC has regions Jeoolabuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do
ROC declares China as NE
Day 1 - ROC attacks Gyeongsangbuk-do (SK) and wins, ROC attacks Kyushu (and loses) -
Day 2 - 24h break
Day 3 - ROC attacks Chungcheongnam-do (SK) and wins, China attacks Gyeingsangnam-do (ROC) and wins
Day 4 - during the 24h break China RWs Jeollanam-do
Day 5 - ROC attacks Jeollanam-do (SK) and wins, China attacks Jeollabuk-do (ROC) and wins
Day 6 - 24h break - right after is won Jeollabuk-do is RWed back to SK
Day 7 - ROC attacks Jeju (SK) and wins, China attacks Gyeongsangbuk-do (ROC) and wins
Day 8 - Peace treaty is proposed
Day 9 - peace treaty is signed during the last battles.

Is this acceptable for your side?

Silentstalker, I am almost had it with this saga! We dont want this to continue anymore! We want the region back, no more changes, no ore deals, no more rentals.

You can keep Gyeonggi-do to have grain, but gives us back Jeollanam-do! I tried to make all kind of plans but all Chinese side is doing is buying endless time, saying we will talk tommorrow, not answering to PMs and so on.

We showed good faith and tried! But ...
2 months ago, China said will pay rent, it never did!
3 weeks ago I asked you to solve this problem, you asked time
2 weeks ago you got aliminium in Japan, you asked more time
1 week ago I presented many options, you asked again time,
few days ago you got aluminium in paksitan, you didnt answered Pms
2 days ago we started RW, you said it was unauthorized
Today I present you a plan in which we say to RW Jeollanam-do on day 4, you say Day 6!

It seems to me we are speaking different languages!

Therefore I ask again to receive Jeollanam-do back! Otherwise we will RW it everyday and drain you daily for 3 milion damage. If you want this we are fine. If you will threat us to wipe us, we have nothing to lose as we dont have bonuses anyway.

I hope now you understand my point of view and the reasons for starting the RW! We are not the enemies, we are frieds, but friends considered slaves! We were good when we helped, we are bad if we ask for what is ours!
