USA has declared war on France. Sweet.

The USA has won four battles, and is leading 21-0 in Loire Valley.

United Kingdom VS Norway

Norway is putting up a great fight. The United Kingdom should be able to ultimately win this war, but I commend Norway for making the UK work for it.

The UK has won two battles now, and is leading 33-3 in Vestlandet.

United Kingdom VS Republic of Moldova

The United Kingdom has attacked Moldova.

The UK lost the first battle and is now losing 11-0 in East of England. Yikes. Perhaps a miscalculation. Perhaps a drain. We shall see.

Latvia VS Belarus

War Closed. Latvia got wiped. I would assume that as soon as they RW back a region, they will attack Belarus again.

Turkey VS Iran

Turkey finished Iran off. War closed. And Iran has been kicked out of Europe. They are wiped.

Croatia VS Slovenia

A new staple WAR in the eWorld.

Croatia has won three now, and is winning 42-2 in Upper Carniola.

I have been told this back and forth WAR is part of a NAP agreement between the two countries. What are the chances of this becoming a real war?

Poland VS Germany

I know this is a pre-arranged thing, but was the victory by Germany pre-arranged. I'm going to track this to see if ASTERIA uses this war to give Poland further grief.

Austria VS Germany

Did Austria just attack, so Hungary could get a front with Germany? And what is Austria? A Puppet? Or just being abused by everyone around her?

Serbia VS Croatia

This has been a stable strategy for Serbia for months now. They let Croatia do some work, then attack and take everything back.

This time, however, Croatia has won two battles in a row. They are winning in Veneto 11-0, but it could be a close one.

This war could be a empire-breaker for Serbia, if they are not careful.

Republic of Moldova VS Belgium

Moldova did what they came to do. Belgium wiped.

Argentina VS South Africa

So, for the longest time, Argentina had let South Africa exist. Are they now punishing them for swearing allegiance to ProSirius? Whatever the case, this war will be over as soon as Argentina can open and close the battles. Six down, and two to go.

Greece VS Saudi Arabia

Not much of a war, but if Greece does what I expect her to do, they are going to clear out Albania and BiH from the peninsula.

Hungary VS Austria

Hungary looking to move toward Germany, I suspect.

1.- SIGNED BY:

eArgentina, eChile, eColombia, eUruguay, eBolivia and eVenezuela.

2.- REGIONAL NAP:

Signatory countries are committed to not attack each other; any who breaks this point will be immediately expelled from the pact.

3.- REGIONAL DEFENSE:

If any signatory country is attacked in its original regions by a non-signatory country, all signing countries must act accordingly to the following groups:

GROUP 1: TETAS IN SPANISH, (TRATADO ESTRATÉGICO TÁCTICO DE AMÉRICA DEL SUR: South America’s Tactical and Strategical Treaty), includes eArgentina, eChile, eUruguay and eColombia.

This group is committed to publish official orders calling their citizens to fight FOR the attacked signatory country and TETAS group member by means of a public and government ORG of defense, secretary of state or any other. If the attacked country belongs to Group 2, the orders will be to not fight for the attacker only.

Sending MPP assitance to the defender is optional, but recommended.

GROUP 2: eBolivia and eVenezuela.

This group is committed to publish by means of a public and government ORG of defense, secretary of state or any other, orders to not fight for the attacker.

Group 2 countries can come in and out of Group 1 any time. To avoid foul use of this point, the changes can be only achieve by a week of previous anticipation for the change to take place. If a NE or AS is proposed against the applicant before the full week has passed, the change will be cancelled.

4.- COORDINATION CHANNEL:

A coordination channel will be created, representatives of each country government will be granted access.

5.- PACT’S NAME:

The provisional name will be South American Pact. The final name will be the result of a public contest which prize will be 50 golds, the winner name will be chosen by council. Once the name is chosen, the same procedure will occur to choose logo and banner. The judging council will include two representatives of each country, appointed by their country presidents.

6.- WAR GAMES:

Signatory countries can participate in war games without any restrictions or previous authorization, except they shall warn other presidents with a week of anticipation.

7.- SWAP O REGIONS RENTALS:

Signatory countries can commit in any swap or rental agreements without any restrictions or previous authorization, except they shall warn other presidents with a week of anticipation.

8.- NEW MEMBERS:

Any country south of Tijuana can join the pact when desired, but at least 75% of signatories must approve.

If any signatory has under occupation regions of the applicant, diplomatic talks will be carried by all country members representatives, but no one can force them to give back those regions.
If the applicant country is accepted and has no regions, the occupying country must free at least one region, chosen by the occupant, in order to allow them to have congress, before the 23th of the month, and it will be definitive.

9.- COLONIES:

Protection of Colony regions will be included or not in this pact, it will depend on the result of diplomatic talks during this month.

10.- ePARAGUAY
eParaguay wont be atacked by the signatories unless eParaguay attack them first.

This is an interesting spin on the South American Continent. It is interesting to note that Brazil and Peru have been left out. I will do my best to keep you apprised of any breaks in this agreement, or changes. I will be looking for a contributor to assist with keeping tabs on the SAP. I will update when the final name is chosen.



Added LETO, ProSirius, and Aurora. I've moved things around a bit, as allegiances are becoming more clear. Hungary will move on Germany, as Moldova moves on the UK. Greece should clear out BiH and Albania.

I'd like to see something coordinated from Aurora, and Australia's position finalized. And, of course, can Brazil exist? Pretty please?
