[SDP] Electoral Victory

I would like to start by thanking my voters, and their good sense of judgement in the recent days. The task ahead is impressive, and the path to get into office was a hard one. I won this elction fair and square, against a little group of angry people.

As a start, I have to resign from my SAS duty, I can no longer go on missions abroad to fight for the country. And between us, Maddog Jones is my superior officer, so he will probably fire me anyway.

I have contacted most of the outgoing team to see who would work with me. Some have decided that they will work against me, so I consider de facto that they are resigning from their party roles. So I'm forced to sack the administration team collectively to avoid finger-pointing and hopefully get a good atmosphere back in the party. I will review each person's ambitions, some will keep their place, others will be replaced.
Also the official SDP channel will be changed. All those abusing of the SDP name there will face charges.

All fighting must stop, and we must work on the job at hand, those willing to sabotage this will have to take full responsability for ignoring a popular vote and trying to ruin the party.

The outline of the procedure is simple. The Vice Party President will contact people causing trouble. They will have a chance to calm down and think things over. In the mean time a party charter will be written, according to what I said in my manifesto. I really don't want to start excluding people, but in a last resort, if some people don't want to let this term work out, there will be little choice. Any adminstrator refusing to work will be considered to have resigned. Administratirs have to be neutral and get their job done. They do it, or the resign. The election outcome can not be changed and will be respected.

As soon as forum control is assured and we get back to a civilized manner of exchanging ideas the V2 workgroup will be open. We can no longer operate healthclinics because of the change, but we can work on food and also education in job sectors where staff is short. Advising new players and helping them skill up faster is a duty we owe to the country.

The election headquarters and the inner liaison will be established as soon as we can get a clear forum, this won't take more than a day or two. Volonteers will be selected in accordance to the values I presented i the manifesto : Party merit and will to service the common good.

Electoral alliances were inscribed in my manifesto, they are being enacted now and talks have begun. The SDP being a centre-left party, our natural alliance goes with the eUK-Left. It is crucial that SDP Congressmen work with government in a coherant majority to get some of our wishes heard by the government. We have to be constructive and not destructive.

A wiki page will be created even if this not a priority at the moment. This will establish SDP as a serious party aiming to stay in the political spectrum.

This term has to work out well, in the best interest of the party, I wish to see positive results as much as anybody that loves this party.
