1. Экономика

Наша партия выступает за невмешательство или минимальное вмешательство государства в экономику, отсутствие обременительных налогов и минимальное количество, либо полный отказ от госкомпаний.

Капитализм уже много раз доказал свою эффективность.Личная заинтересованность стимулирует более эффективное управление, и это, вместе с конкуренцией, позволяет понизить цену на продукцию и повысить покупательную способность населения.

В данный момент у государства достаточно средств, чтобы существовать вообще без налогов.Потому мы будем прилагать все усилия, что снизить налоги до уровня, комфортного нашим производителям и привлекательного для иностранного капитала.

Скоро мы подготовим проект налоговой реформы.

2. Создание конституции и превращение страны в парламентскую республику

Мы сейчас готовим проект конституции, которая отдаст большую часть власти конгрессу и повысит ответственность власти.Правительство будет формироваться партией, либо коалицией, имеющей большинство в конгрессе, а министры будут регулярно предоставлять отчёты конгрессу о своих действиях.

Будет создан конституционный суд, независимый от конгресса, правительства и президента.

3. Гражданство

Равные права для всех участников русского сообщества.Никакой дискриминации по месту проживания (в игре или в жизни) или происхождению.Только самые важные государственные посты могут быть недоступны для не говорящих по-русски по тем причинам, что в ситуациях кризиса взаимопонимание является жизненноважным.

4. Развитие парламентаризма

Мы приветствуем появление любых новых партий (кроме гунских), плюрализм мнений и демократические дискуссии в конгрессе.

5. Внешняя политика

Развитие сотрудничества со странами ПИСа как в гражданской, так и в военной сферах.Начало общественной и парламентсой дискуссии о вступлении в ESA.

Также необходимо наладить добрососедские отношения с Норвегией, Финляндией, США, Польшей и другими странами.

6. Оборона

Удержание имеющихся территорий является приоритетной задачей.освобождать остальные, когда это станет достаточно безопасно.Поддержка военных операций ПИСа, направленных на то, чтобы изгнать румынских (норвежских, если Норвегия откажется урегулировать наши территориальные споры мирным путем в атмосфере взаимопонимания и добрососедских отношений) оккупантов с русской земли.

Россия будет участвовать в военных учениях ПИСа, а также наших соседей - Норвегии и Финляндии для тренировки солдат и увеличения велнеса населения.

7. Армия и снабжение

Чёткая специализация министерств.Армия только воюет, а снабжением занимается только министерство снабжения.Кроме того, уже давно пришла пора реформировать армию и создать полноценный танковый корпус.

8. Плата за госпиталь

Ресурсы должны покупаться по самым дешёвым ценам на мировом рынке или сравнимым с ними.Приоритет должен отдаваться отечественным компаниям(которые будут продавать ресурсы за рубли), если они способны обеспечить соответсвующую стоимость.

9. Государственная казна

Russian Treasury является собственностью России.Попытка присвоить её какой-либо партией должна преследоваться по закону.Доступ к Russian Treasury должны иметь исключительно действующие президент страны (впоследствии исполняющий обязанности Премьер-министра) и министр экономики. Они должны отчитываться перед конгрессом о любом использовании средств казны.

Нужно продолжать переговоры с КПСУ о возвращении изъятых ими из казны средств. Только после этого возможна их полноценная интеграция в русское сообщество.

Продажа рублей, для увеличения голда в казне, должна проводиться аккуратно и не вести к обрушению курса рубля.

10. Иммиграция

Привлечение в страну дружественно настроеных иностранцев в качестве рабочих и инвесторов.Включение их в общественную жизнь сообщества.

Также мы займёмся созданием комфортных условий для возвращения в страну наших соотечественников, живущих в Италии, Бразилии, Иране, Индонезии и других странах.

11.Разведка и внутренняя политика

Нужно создать министерство внутренних дел и полицию, для контроля за румынскими мультами и троллями, отслеживанием въезда в страну иностранцев из враждебных стран и для предупреждения тейковеров.

12. Правительство

Министры должны назначаться исходя из их квалификации и пригодности для конкретной должности.

Исполнительный комитет партии Кадетов

1. Economy

Our Party stands firmly for the noninterference or minimum interference of the state into economy, no heavy taxes and a handful of or total ban on the state-owned companies.

Capitalism proves its efficiency on a continuous basis. Personal interest is a much bigger incentive, largely contributing to more efficient business management, and in consort with competition it will surely help reducing the prices for the goods and increasing the spending power of population.

At the moment, the Government does not have sufficient funds to exist without any taxes at all therefore we we intend to take our best efforts to reduce the taxes to the level, where our producers are comfortable with it and foreign investors find it appealing to start their business operations in Russia.

Our tax reform draft will be published fairly soon.

2. Development of the Russian Constitution and Russia's transformation into a Parliamentary republic

We are being preparing our Constitution draft, which will vest most power into Congress and increase the responsibility of the Government. The Government will be formed by the party or a coalition of parties, which holds the majority of seats in the Congress, while the Ministers will submit their reports to the Congress on their performance and progress on a regular basis.

There will be a Constitutional Court dependent on neither the Congress nor the President with jurisdiction to rule about legality of the parliamentary and governmental decisions when appealed.

3. Citizenship

Equal rights for all the members of the eRussian community. No discrimination on grounds of residence (in eR or RL) or origin. Only a few top state posts might turn up to be unavailable for the non-Russian speakers for the reasons of confusion and misunderstanding during the crisis situations (still debatable).

4. Development of parliamentarism

We greet any new parties (apart from those specifically designed for the political takeovers, which are hereby condemned), pluralism of opinions and democratic discussions in the Congress.

5. Foreign policies

Promotion of cooperation with PEACE countries both in the civil and military spheres. Initiation of the public and parliamentary discussion as to joining the ESA.

It is essential that we build up good-neighbourly relations with Norway, Finland, USA, Poland and other countries.

6. Defense

It is an absolute and paramount priority that we hold our regions and start liberating other regions when we feel it is safe. Support for PEACE-initiated military operations to drive away the Romanian (and Norwegian, unless our territorial disputes are amicably settled) occupants from the Russian soil.

Russia will take part in the military exercises of PEACE and our close neighbors, such as Norway and Finland to train our soldiers and storm troopers and increase wellness of the general population.

7. Army and Supply

A clear specialization of the ministries. Army will have to fight and this is the only purpose of its existence. Ministry of supply will be in charge of supply, feeding the army with arms, tickets and gifts. Besides, we have reached a criticalpoint when we need to reform it and create full-fledged storm brigades.

8. Hospital payments and instalments

Resources will be purchased at the lowest or comparable low prices in the world market. The Russian producers (which will sell their resources for the rubles) will have the priority, if they are able to provide the competitive prices.

9. State treasury

The Russian Treasury shall be the property of Russia. Any attempts to misappropriate it undertaken by either of the parties shall be deemed a direct betrayal of the nation and prosecuted by law. The access to the Russian Treasury shall solely be granted to the incumbent President (deemed a Prime Minister later on) and Ministry of Economy/Finance. They are directly accountable to the Congress for any uses of the funds from the Russian Treasury.

We find it mandatory to continue talks with CPSU about the money they have departed with last year. We would be glad to have them integrated into the eRussian society but to that end we would like them to make that contribution into revived eRussia.

To increase the gold and forex reserves in the treasury, the Government shall sell the rubles in a careful and accurate manner and take every precaution not to cause its collapse in the market.

10. Immigration

We need to by all means attract the foreigners, who are friendly to eRussia, to come and settle in our country as workers, investors or fighters. They have to be integrated into the life of our society (just as a small step towards it we intend to produce bilingual or trilingual versions of our articles).

We also plan to create the comfortable conditions for the return of our e-compatriots, who are scattered now across Italy, Brazil, Iran, Indonesia, Norway and other countries.

11. Intelligence and domestic policies

We need the Ministry of Internal Affairs to watch out for the foreign intruders, planning a takeover or subversive actions in media or in the market.

12. Government

The ministers shall be appointed subject to their qualification and general aptitude for a specific post.
