衝突的重心已不再是某些人認為的軍演失控
也不是大多數人以為的土地爭奪
而是SK/羅馬尼亞挑起衝突的手段

SK/羅馬尼亞希望收回土地
卻沒有正面提出收地要求
反而是利用一系列的小手段（故意抬高租金，誣蔑eRoC先進攻等等）
將eRoC/eC陷於不義，然後站在道德高地搶回土地
eRoC/eC為了清譽，必定會反抗到底
如果打從一開始，SK/羅馬尼亞光明正大跟eRoC談判
情況必不至於像現在這麼糟

現在SK又提出取消天敵議案，試圖塑造eRoC侵略的假象
這只會讓eRoC/eC的憤恨更加激烈
除非SK/羅馬尼亞真的G多得沒地方燒
否則奉勸不要再搞小動作，承認先前的誣蔑行為，真心跟eRoC談判
保證談判將會比想像中順利
不過忠言逆耳，如果SK/羅馬尼亞存心製造另一次巴西─匈牙利─南非衝突(1)
我也沒有辦法
好自為之

The main cause of the conflict lies neither at the uncontrolled training war, as somebody thought
Nor at the land scramble, as many people thought
But at the way eSK/eRomania ignited the conflict

eSK/eRomania, as we know, want to get back all of its original regions
But they do not negotiate with eRoC genuinely
Instead, they create a lot of of excuses out of the air (demanded an unacceptably high rent, defamed eRoC as the aggressor, etc.)
Trying to make eRoC/eChina looks like a bad guy, and then conquer the regions as a liberator, under the name of "justice"
In order to defend their fame and prove their innocence, eRoC/eChina have no choice but defend vigorously
If, since the very initial period, eSK/eRomania started a real negotiation with eRoC
I am sure that the situation would be, at least, not as worse as the one now we have

Now eSK proposes a No Natural Enemy law, trying to make eRoC looks even more like an aggressor
Such a move would achieve nothing, but only make eRoC/eChina even more angry
Unless eSK/eRomania really have so much gold that they have nowhere to spend
I urge them to stop making any more excuse, admit that they have been lying, and renegotiate with eRoC (of course, this time a true negotiation)
By doing that, I am sure that the negotiation would be much smoother than one expects
However, I understand that good advice jars on the ear
If eSK/eRomania do not mind to create a brand new "Brazil-Hungary-South Africa" conflict, I have nothing to say

註解(1)巴西─匈牙利─南非衝突：V1時代，Phoenix（ONE前身）成員國巴西覬覦南非資源，多次入侵；南非加入EDEN，奮力抵抗，雙方短兵相接，互有勝負；由於南非人口稀少，Phoenix一直試圖PTO南非，經過多個月嘗試終於成功，由匈牙利為首的PTO集團成功搶下南非大部分國會議席；巴西以為機不可失，大舉進攻，豈料引來匈牙利抗議，表示南非為匈牙利領土，資源屬於匈牙利，不容巴西侵佔；巴西大為震驚，繼續霸王硬上攻之餘，更一度跟羅馬尼亞聯手到處搗亂；後經調停，巴西同意撤出南非；此事卻導致巴西與匈牙利關係迅速惡化，成為日後巴西退出Phoenix改投Brolliance（TERRA前身）的導火線。
