[RO MoFA] Romania congratulates Hungary
Romania congratulates Hungary for reuniting all their motherland parts.
As an ex-oppressor, Romania wants to congratulate Hungary for fulfilling their dream, having all their regions back.
The truth is that we didn't give away this land, you took it by force, and that's an honorable thing, that should make you proud. We romanians, although in a continuous war against Hungary, we know how to respect our enemies. Be assured we will do everything in our power to win other battles that will emerge, but until that congratulations Hungary.

And I think it was a very good tactical move by Romania not to force the defense of Budapest.It gave you more trouble recently than advantage, but it it is very important for us.
