A Sua Excelência, Raikael, Presidente da República ePortuguesa, teve a amabilidade de responder-me a algumas perguntas que poderiam esclarecer algumas dúvidas dos nossos leitores da comunidade eRomena sobre a visão dos líderes da aliança inimiga, Peace GC, sobre os mais recentes evenimentos que estão a decorrer, especialmente a guerra contra os EUA, onde ePortugal se tem encontrado no papel de país invasor.

Venho por este meio agradecer o Presidente pela paciência e pelas respostas que provam mais uma vez a sua experiencia no jogo e uma cautelosa abordagem diplomática.

Dragi prieteni si stimaţi combatanţi,

Excelenţa Sa, Raikael, Preşedintele republicii ePortugheze, a avut amabilitatea de a-mi răspunde câtorva întrebări care ar putea clarifica anumite aspecte cititorilor noştri din comunitatea românească despre viziunea curentă a liderilor alianţei inamice, Peace GC, despre evenimentele cele mai recente, în special războiul împotriva SUA, unde ePortugalia s-a găsit în rolul ţării invadatoare.

Vreau să-i mulţumesc pe această cale preşedintelui pentru răbdare şi pentru răspunsurile care dovedesc experienţa sa în joc şi precum şi o prudentă abordare diplomatică.

The interview has been carried out in English to facilitate its understanding by both communities:

Mihu Copilu: What is your current opinion regarding eRomania as one of Peace GC Arch enemies?

Raikael: As member of a country on the opposite alliance I clearly see eRomania as a great enemy, due to their past actions and the current ones.

As President of ePortugal (with a non-Alliance point of view) I have only the utmost respect to eRomania. Fierce warriors, honorable to their friends and society and supportive and loyal to their allies. Sadly I don't know much about eRomania's Internal Affairs so I won't pronounce about it.

Mihu Copilu: What do you think are the reasons behind eUSA current disastrous situation and what do you think was ePortugal role in the war?

Raikael: I think that the following points are the reason why the USA is in a tight spot:

- Central Greece. A couple of weeks before the launch of the attack, USA spent more than 9k Gold (at the very least) to liberate Central Greece. That caused a huge rupture in to their financial records.

- They were over-confident. There is no doubt about it. They tought that their 15 MPP's would repel any idea about attacking USA original regions. With that over-confidence they only focused to use the military to abroad missions and lack of communication to their population.

- PEACE strategy. Make no mistake about it: it was brutal. Believe me, I know about it. We hit hard and in several key-regions. We disable their economy by conquering the "grain-ring", most high raw material regions were conquered, same as regions with high density of companies. PEACE used the USA economy to their favor. Russia, Portugal, France and Indonesia have high incomes of USD, a lot of American companies that supplies PEACE instead of USA and not to mention the multi-BF that makes them have no initiative to regain regions while PEACE stood coordinated

- With a couple of loses, Americans started dividing... fighting where they shouldn't, etc...

Those are some of the reasons why USA his losing (in my opinion).

Mihu Copilu: What do you believe about the recent evolution of Peace GC in the players view from a global liberator organization to the biggest oppressor (some say even bigger than the former Romanian Empire)?

Raikael: That's a hard question 😛

No doubt that PEACE has increased it's regions: especially Indonesia and Hungary. Although in Hungary case most of it's regions were from countries who have showed some hostility to them. Besides, they are currently return regions to Russia (as an example) so that's an improvement.

I still think PEACE has some of it's first ideals as a global liberator of smaller non-enemies countries.

As for Hungary and Indonesia it's only a mather of time untill a new power rises and fights back. Every empire rises and fall sometime. Certain actions by Indonesia and Hungary certainly enraged several citizens/countries.

We will have to wait and see. So far they remain two of the biggest powers of the New World.

Mihu Copilu: Do you see any dangers in this evolution within the alliance?

Raikael: Yes. There is always the danger of differing from the initial foundations from which it an alliance is built but I think that is natural with the time...

Mihu Copilu: Do you think eRomania as a gamer community in eRepublik still poses a serious threat to Peace GC's objectives in the new world?

Raikael: Without any doubts. I refuse to underestimate eRomania's power... and those who do may find himself in trouble 😛

Mihu Copilu: What would you say were the Peace GC advantages that lead to the current geopolitic situation and to their domination over the eWorld?

Raikael: There is a strong brotherhood between all PEACE countries. That is the main advantage of
PEACE.
