[rMoDA] Q&A Hot Seat

Day 2,428, 07:07 Published in South Africa South Africa by Saffa Manne

Greetings eSA citizens, both legal and illegal, Saffa Manne here bringing you a new set of articles where we as rMoDA (resistance Ministry of Domestic Affairs) will be putting a spotlight on eSA and our dometic affairs during these perilous times.

(Since the unofficial-official MoDA has not written anything to inform or assist the legal or illegal public, done anything to help or even dare to show their faces we thought we might take the opportunity.)

Your official rMoDA team includes myself as well as the stalwart of the eSA community, non other than Enriche2Ribeiro.

We are offering positions in the team so if you're new and want to get involved let us know.

What we'd like to do here is have an interview with YOU the citizens of eSA to introduce you to the rest of us and to find out what's going through your minds right now. We'll be conducting interviews with eSA citizens from all parties, MU's, divisions and IQ's. Let's get to know eSA and it's citizens a little better, yes?

First up is someone who has been in eRepublik for a long time but has only now come to the forefront of our attention. He is a division soldier of the eSAAF that wears his uniform with pride. He is Regiment 1 captain and has recently been appointed vrCP (vice resistance Country President). Keep an eye on this oke. He's gonna make it big!

None other than DB De Villiers!

Let's put DB in the HOT SEAT!

Saffa Manne - How long have you been an eRepublican and which eCountries have you been in?

DB De Villiers - Oh, It feels like the best part of 300 years or so 🙂 I started playing back in 2010. Honestly, only recently I have received real support, since I joined eSAAF really. I have been all over, never really finding my feet and the support of eSAAF and eSA. So here I will stay!

Saffa Manne - What part of the game have you enjoyed the most so far?

DB De Villiers - Without a doubt it would be the community and how we can pull together in a war for a common cause! As you might have noticed, I try to dabble in a little bit of everything, not sure how good I am at any of it, but I think I am starting to get the knack of eRep politics.

Saffa Manne - As a newish player how easy has it been to integrate into the eSA community?

DB De Villiers - From my point of view, it was seamless. Everyone is willing to help and assist, offer advise as well as guidance.

Saffa Manne - If you had to describe eSA and its eCitizens to foreign players how would you do it?

DB De Villiers - Friendly, always willing to help regardless. If you are looking for immediate and ongoing support, advise as well as opportunity, eSA is the place to be.

Saffa Manne - What MU are you in and why did you choose it?

DB De Villiers - I am in eSAAF, Div1 and recently became Captain of the div. The simple reason is support. Again, everyone helps everyone! That is wonderful and what I would expect from a MU.

Saffa Manne - Finish this sentence, "When I grow up in eSA I want to be just like..... because he/she......."

DB De Villiers - When I grow up in eSA I want to be just as myself because I'm unique and don't just go with the flow!

Saffa Manne - What situation in eSA is the most concerning for you?

DB De Villiers - Currently and for a while now it has been the lazo's. I believe we are able, and have the right, to govern our eCountry as we see fit. Not to bend to the will of foreigners that have hidden agenda's.

Saffa Manne - What do you think of Lazocracy and their part in eSA?

DB De Villiers - (Boere Afrikaans) "Hulle is besig om kak aantejaag." If I had my way, and I am sure we are able to do it, I will have them smothered out of eSA completely.

Saffa Manne - What part of the game would you change and why?

DB De Villiers - If I were the admins, I would simply follow through with the rules of the game. In particular, multi's. It is clearly stated in the rules, it is not allowed. So, regardless of who you are, or how much you spend on the game, if you break the rules it should be tickets.

Saffa Manne - Are you a 'two-clicker' or are you actively involved in many facets of the eSA community?

DB De Villiers - I was a "two-clicker" until I started getting into the game and also received support. Now, I am online and actively participating in all facets.

Saffa Manne - Is eSA doomed or do you see a bright future in our eCountry?

DB De Villiers - Far away from being doomed. Sure, we have some hard times ahead, but I see the eFuture as being quite bright!

Saffa Manne - OK here's a chance to rant about anyone or anything you wish...

DB De Villiers - I really can't rant about anything. I honestly think that we have a great team in eSA and we have the potential to do so much!

There you have it folks! Thanks to DB for sharing his thoughts on eSA and our domestic affairs. Seems like he's happy here and enjoying being a part of the eSA community.

If you would like a turn in the HOT SEAT send me a pm. We want to hear from YOU!

(P.S. Bring back the MoDA STR!!)
