[Rizon] eRepublik bot updates: .resources, .country, .sscalc, .message, .land

Gets the link to send a message to a citizen.

.resources / .res: summary of a country's resources

With this command you can see which bonuses a country has. Yes, it is smart enough to figure out which regions are connected to the capital and which aren't.

Note: this WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE using eRepublik API alone. I'm using the API I built myself for this.
This custom API is still based off the official one anyway, all it does is 100% legal, nothing against tos (it doesn't get data from HTML).

Think of all the cool things that would be possible if eRepublik admins started improving their crap : (

The new .country command is now more useful and almost completely different from the old one!

I could also make more simple or complex population stats, haven't thought of any yet.

.sscalc: September bonus

Added an option to add September's training bonus to .sscalc, to use it (it's optional) just add "-b" to your command.

Example (my training: climbing center (0.19g), 1 friend, Natural Enemy):

.tax: new syntax

Syntax is now: .tax
It was , and it broke when a country name had a space in its name, derp.
(to get taxes for weapon raw materials use iron as industry, for food raw materials use grain)




A last thing, there are a lot of idiots spamming fake eRepublik pages on IRC to steal your erep account.
always check the address bar before logging in, make sure the URL is http://erepublik.com and not http://imgoingtostealyouraccount.hax.co.cc.
When this happens, please report it (nick + channel) to me so I can ban them off the network.

btw, over 20.000 (20361) different nicks used the .regnick command with the bot! It's now in 4543 channels.
