Election Results

This month’s congressional elections were different than any other for eUSA, with many candidates running in Florida. Due to the reduction in states, more than 1 senator could win in each state, giving Florida 9 senators and 2 wild cards. However, because some senators ran in states that were taken over, a glitch in the system gave us 9 of the most experienced players even in the states that didn't get to vote. We've ended up with 25 senators from the states that were under occupation. The candidates who got into congress from the occupied states are (according to experience):

For Florida, these candidates won election by vote counts and more than 90% of these have previous congressional experience. Let’s say each senator won 1 of the 10 famous counties in South Florida. The winners from Florida are as follows from largest population county (most votes) to smallest population county:

** Battle Results

PEACE started a Resistance War (RW) in Arkansas against ePortugal and this has been freed, probably in an attempt to put eRussia in attacking position. Portuguese-occupied Georgia has been attacked by eUSA but was secured by ePortugal. Indonesian-occupied Texas has been freed by eUSA. The eUSA attack on Missouri was stopped by eRussia.

** Oklahoma was taken back from eRussia and is now back in eUSA.

** President Emerick has retreated from ePortugal-occupied Tennessee in order to maintain initiative.

In a 1-on-1 battle against eFrance, eCanada has freed Quebec. Canada had also launched a 1-on-1 attack on eUSA’s Russian-occupied Idaho, but this was secured by eRussia.

Spain had started RW in French-occupied Castilla y Leon, freeing the region. The RW started in the high-iron Asturias region has been secured by eFrance.

Sweden had also attacked Hungarian-occupied Nordjylland, where eHungary has placed a Q5 hospital and eHungary has secured this region.

** War Update

Keeping the momentum going, we’ve initiated attack on Indonesian-occupied Oklahoma. Learning from our PEACE opponents' battlefield techniques, we retreated from the battle we were behind in and then re-attacked Indonesian-occupied New Mexico, retaining the initiative.

** In a similar fashion, after retreating from Tennessee, President Emerick has launched an attack on ePortugal-occupied Georgia.

In a 1-on-1 battle, eCanada has launched an attack to take back the Hungarian-occupied Nunavut province.

RW in eSpain's French-occupied Murcia has been started.

Due to the nature of the rapidly changing situation on the battlefronts, citizens are urged to read and and subscribe to the Department of Defense’s Battle Orders. Members of the military are to check forums and follow the orders from your chain of command.

eUS Training Division

Join the eUS military and learn more about how to play eRepublik at the same time! If you are not currently part of the eUS Military and you want to learn and do more to defend North America, then consider joining the military by enlisting in the eUnited States Training Division (TD). Once you’ve graduated the TD, you should have enough knowledge to go in almost any direction you want in eRepublik. If you want to further your military career, you can move on to the Home Guard or other military divisions. Make your mark on the eWorld and enlist in the eUnited States Training Division today, the best eRepublik training program in the world!

The war has led to a large number of applications to the TD, so you may not get an immediate response because so many people are applying at once. Citizens are asked to remain patient for assignment to a platoon leader as soon as logistically possible.

Are you a citizen who is receiving orders about where to fight on your home screen? If not and you use Firefox as a web browser, subscribe to the eUSA Order Broadcast System. These battle orders will be updated several times a day for citizens who are not in the military. Military personnel, however, are to continue to follow the orders issued on the forum and through your chain of command.
