Parties are irrelevant because they stand for nothing and anyone with a couple gold laying around can create one and anyone with a couple hundred supporters (or multiple personalities) can take one over. Now, if you really cared about parties you would be begging admin to limit a player to 1 party change per month - and never within 24 hours of a party president vote. But.. that'll never happen, will it?

I have the same issue as lofted and Phoenix, but my IP address is most certainly American. Considering that this is the first time that I have ever tried to connect to your server, I presume that the problem is on your end and not related to anything that I did.
