We are the Oligarchy, and we step on people like you.
I am the public relations officer for our Oligarchy here to deal with the issues.
This article is addressed to a new citizen of eJapan names Sheran. My article is coming out at the same time as fruitcommando's. However, his article is a minor annoyance and will not be addressed.
Sheran is a very fast learner to understand eJapan after 3 weeks. However, he still needs to go through correctional re-education programs provided by Fruit.
Here are my answers to Sheran following the same numbering system he used.

The Evidence Section
1. Anyone who is a citizen of Japan can get a mask to see and speak in congress. Your vote does not count unless you have a congress mask. Getting a citizen mask is based on if you have citizenship and have not committed an offense to lose the mask.
Notice that although eJapan doesn't like you, you can still copy and paste from our congress section.
2. Party presidents decide who runs for congress. The only exception is if someone breaks immigration laws and is not allowed to run for a month. The Yonsil friedrice immigration law was voted in by congress and can be eliminated by congress. The 5 gold fine was put in place so it would not be profitable for people to leave and come back whenever they please. People cannot come and go collecting congress medals and then not serving the full term. The least Friedrice could have done is to stay until the elections.
Instead, he is moving on to South Africa. Here is his in-game application:

3. NO ONE is revoking citizenship. It is impossible via game mechanics, like you said. Also, after three weeks, I thought you would have realized that Fruitcommando just likes to mess with people and insult them. eJapan would not allow fruitcommando do go around revoking citizenship if he could. It is laughable that you would entertain that thought.

The Government Action Section
1. The attack on the Huns went exactly as planned. Congress proposed the Natural Enemy proposal, so I don't know how an Oligarchy did this. We didn't get wiped (which would have happened if we didn't NE them).
Stop complaining just because you were wrong with your scare tactics article.
2. "We" do not decide who gets in. Congress votes on a Minister of Security. He is responsible for screening people to get useful contributors into japan. You can propose that congress removes him. I don't like fruitcommando either, so please feel free to. We accept people of all nationality. Each person is taken on a case by case basis. Fruit is probably doing an okay job, but the below picture is also justification fro removal.
I've wanted to use this for a while.
3. eJapan has had this MPP for a while. When we first picked it up, Terra leadership had no problem with it. What is the problem here?
4. eJapan is in Terra. Canada is in Eden. eJapan has no loyalty to Eden. There is no serious lack of information. All information is on the forums or discussing in IRC. Just because some random people don't know what is going on does not prove there is a lack of information. Part of the problem is that not enough are active on our forums. Part of the problem is our media is dead.
Towards your final comments and your article as a whole, Vote this "oligarchy" out of congress and other leadership positions.

I figured 3d would be important for some of my readers.
While I agree that the congrerss discussion is way more open to public then in other Nations ,
it would still be desirable that the acuall results get
publiced in the ejapanese press more frequently.

ONE is not Nazi Germany.
It is just another alliance, and we have no serious feud with any of their countries.

The USA, rather than fight against the enemy (Nazi Germany/ONE), fight together them against the allies (URSS-UK/eCanada).

We have pretty much no buisnes with ONE ,
and its EDEN (China and allies) fighting against us when things get hot .
That dosn't make eCanada (as member of EDEN)our #1 ally,
and neither does it turn the freelancer UK into a ONE-Nation.
The friend of an enemy that wants to colonize you,gets attacked by a 3rd fraction that happens to be none-hostile to a 4th that is attacking a Nation you are more or less allied to.....
I'm not sure if a WWII analogy of this is even possible.
