Dear Greece,
I wanted to say, thank you for not taking advantage of the unique situation that turkey is in, and attacking them while they have most of their country unable to play the game. I wanted to say thank you for keeping the spirit of playing the game alive, and respecting and honoring fair play. I think many different nations could learn a lot from the actions of Greece, and again, I applaud your fair play actions. You have my respect, and the respect of many within Phoenix for what you have decided to do.

In brief, Greek goverment took the decision and the initiative to inform current MoFA of Turkey (and ex-Pres) Burakkocamis that Greece is not going to attack as long there is an issue with the ISP and the blocked IPs.
