Greetings everybody,
This article is intended for selected Home Guard soldiers.

Wellness is the most crucial factor of erepublik and thus wellness management is uttermost important. Which is why after much deliberation, we have this training mission.

This deployment will be managed by your one and only “ChewChewShoe”. He will be your ultimate coordinator for this mission. If you are questioning about the name of this operation, it’s named by him. 😃 (Creative eh?) If there is any question or doubt, please, feel free to PM “ChewChewShoe”.

Objective Of This Training Deployment
>> Wellness regain;
>> Increase activity rate & boost morale for Home Guard; and
>> Training for Home Guard recruits.

Resources Given For This Deployment (per recruit)
>> 2 Travel tickets (Q1); and
>> 15 Guns (Q1).

Directions (pertaining to which country being deployed) will be disseminated to recruits together with the resources.

How Are Selection Being Done
We have a lot recruits but limited resources (it’s a well known fact). Message are sent out to all Platoon Leaders of P1 to P4 to request for statistics (i.e. How many recruits are willing to be deployed). Platoon leaders are supposed to get back on the statistics after a certain deadline, however, if the Platoon leaders failed to get back after the deadline… it would meant NO one will be deployed from that particular platoon. (We cannot be waiting forever right? It will be unfair for those who responded earlier. )

If there is any recruit reading this and realized that your Platoon Leader had yet to ask you whether do you want to be deployed or not; AND you want to be deployed … please feel free to PM “ChewChewShoe”.
