Wellness Table (Credit: Done up by One Eye of eUSA)
When you work you lose wellness and when you train you lose wellness. So, how is a citizen to know how food quality, housing, work quality, and training relate to each other? Just reference the table below.

First determine the quality of the items that improve your wellness at midnight: Add the quality of your food and house together to find what row applies. Second, determine how much wellness you lose each day: If you train daily, add 1 to the quality of the company you work for. This number will determine what column you should use.

The value listed in the table is the wellness you will approach.

Example: 1
I'm a noob. I work at a a Q1 company and train daily. I have no house, and consume Q1 food.
Row = 1 (Q1 food + no house)
Column = 2 (Q1 job +1 for training)
Result = death. You can't keep this up without gifts.

Example: 2
I've been playing for a week and have managed to get a Q1 house. I still work at a Q1 company and consume Q1 food.
Row = 2 (Q1 food + Q1 house)
Column = 2(Q1 job + training)
Result = 52. Without the aid of other forces, your citizen will eventually attain W=52

Example: 3
I've been playing for 2 months. I have a Q3 house, and eat Q1 food. I work at a Q4 company and train daily.
Row = 4
Column = 5
Result = 30. Without gifting or fighting, this citizen will attain W=30. (FWIW, this citizen better not let his wellness get that low because it's shameful).
