[RB] Congress List June 2013

The Congress election is in a few days and as I stated in my manifesto, I will contact the past 2 PP of our party (NSD & MaryamQ) for their input as well. This is what we come up with.

RB June 2013 Congress Position Spreadsheet

How this works is that the 2 previous PP and myself will rank each candidate of the position they should get. The average is calculated and the average will be the position that they will be on the official congress list. In case of a statistical tie like nameofacitizen and sc80r, I the PP reserve the right to be the tie breaker and will decide.

Edit: Some of the positions did change and Ekfant will be a guest candidate from Fire Squad.

I really like this system and I believe this method of congress list ranking should be the new standard of RB. I used this system in my native Open Mind Germany and I believe that it works great here as well. Base on the feedback, it is positive so far. I really hope you can see and understand our decision making process in action. In the end, I hope this is a new way to show the community that RB is a democratic and transparent party. It is not a radical party which demands standards that they themselves do not keep. Here is our list. Here is our decision making process. And that RB is transparent and democratic with no BS and fillers.
