Yes, it's true. I am officially seeking your support and the opportunity to contest in the upcoming Presidential election.

America, It’s time.

My choice to candidate for PotUS is not one I take lightly. The prospect of navigating our Great Nation through the tempest and the storm thrills me. As it should you! Each of you play an integral part in securing our irepressible Victory over adversity.

Most of my preferences for Cabinet positions are unaware as yet so if you have not been approached and think you should have been, don’t panic!

Perfect choice. You've done everything else. Can't recall if you've ever held a cabinet position.

To any who doesn't know rainy I have an endorsement. She has worked in the best interest of America for literally years. Tirelessly contributing hours to get the things done that others received credit for. Games, contests, fund raisers, handing out supplies, blah, blah, blah... Fully cognizant of current affairs and history of the US. In my opinion completely trustworthy and reliable.

Some may raise an eyebrow, what could Canada's MoFA be up to here? Pretty simple actually. I've been friends (actual game friends, not just some list) with rainy practically my entire time in eRep. We don't keep up as we run I different circles. However I have absolutely no doubt that if I PMed with some problem she'd do her best to help.
