Dearest Comrades,

I am writing this report to be announced for you, from my new oak desk in the Australian Communist Party Secret Headquarters. Located underground in Central Australia somewhere this bunker is the heart and brain of the ACP movement and the nerve centre of its future operations. After my rise to power as Leader I have successfully begun to implement my "Two Term Plan".

The corridors of the bunker are lined with solid cement, coloured only by the rows of former Presidents faces painted onto broad canvas sheets. The legacy being carried down the corridor to the final large steel doors of the Leader's Office, the ACP Coat of Arms imprinted onto the door. Through the doors you will enter the office, a single oak desk in the centre of the room dominating the attention of the plain cement walls. Looming behind the desk, hung from the walls stares the great face of Chris Carnage, formed Leader and Founder of the ACP.

The "Two Term Plans" is a proposed plan that will bring the ACP into the new era of eAustralia. In doing this, the ACP will be reinvigorated and revived from its humble sleep to becoming the glorious force that it was always bred to be. With new recruitment drives, I am hoping to bring about a larger more active party, starting with this article. The ACP spirit has faded, but luckily not extinguished, and I intend on refuelling that spark that is left.

The Two Term Plan:

☭ To increase numbers
☭ To reach the top 3 place
☭ To see the ACP brought back to its core principles of:
- A balance between new and old.
- A chance for all members to get involved and learn, whilst keeping us oldies on our feet and up to date.
☭ Ensure that activity and communication is achieved and that every member feels apart of this new spirit
☭ To re-establish the ACP name to what it was

I mean to commit to these goals, the ACP has been crippled by AWOL Party Presidents (I don't know circumstances so that is all I'm going to say), Presidents who lose energy and Presidents that Promise but never deliver. I WILL SEE THESE TASK DONE IF GIVEN THE MANDATE!



Of course, every leader cannot do these tasks alone. That is why I have employed the Politburo (executive of the ACP) to assist me in seeing these goals met. In keeping with the ACP values that I outlined above, it's great to see new members step up and volunteer to take on extensive portfolio's, here they are:

☭ President: Flatty

☭ Vice-President: Sike Woods

Sike was a fellow contender who was not given the chance to run for President of the ACP due to a very last minute PTO threat. This threat was removed but unfortunately it was too late. I have given sike the honour of helping me, because he deserves the post. His ideas are great and enthusiasm to match.

☭ Secretary General: Roboz

Roboz jumped at the idea of being given the post of Secretary General, which is charged with managing our Congress and Country Presidential Nominations and Elections. Roboz is active, intelligent and certainly enthusiastic. This is his first time in working for the party and its great to have him here!

☭ Chairman of the Propaganda Bureau: MIA Nicky3Fingers

Currently AWOL but if he DOES return, will be heading up this new branch of the ACP Politburo. As chairman Nicky will oversee TWO other officers who will be charged with recruitment and information as well as communication. Nicky was an excellent fill in Party President last term, especially in a very tumultuous period. He's earned this spot and he's a keen active player, which makes him invaluable.

☭ Councillor: Hendaro Reo

Hendaro has been exceedingly keen to assist with the politburo, and it gave me the honour to appoint him as our chief councillor, providing political advice on all matters and keeping the politburo and party advised on the current political issues of our day and age, and how best to respond to them! Welcome to the team, I'm glad you're here.
