[Q5 Hospitals] US Open Your Eyes

Disclaimer – I have been called a troll and PEACE propagandist last time I have confronted the current administration and a few Congress candidates regarding the issue of Q5 hospital. Read the article to the end and there you can choose either to take the blue pill and wake up in your bed to continue living your life or you can take the red pill, you stay in Wonderland and you’ll see and see how deep the rabbit hole goes.
There is a start of a debate if the USA needs more Q5 hospitals or not. I will present you in the form of a Q&A some reasons and solutions why more hospitals should be placed in the USA and how this can be made without the government spending a dime. For musical background listen to this
Q: Why are Q5 hospitals so important?
Zoli: Q5 hospitals will allow the population to fight 5 times in battles from home soil. This way they will gain experience points and increase there rank. Currently only Florida and New Jersey have Q5 hospital – 5207 inhabitants in these regions, so about 35% of the population can benefit from this. All the rest lose at least 1 fight/day or 2 fight every battle. Taking into account that there have been 12 training battles up to now those living in a region with Q4 hospital lost 24 fights, that is 48 XP points and around 580 damage on average. People leaving in regions with a Q2 hospital lost 72 fights, that is 144 XP and 1728 damage.
Q: Why is rank and XP so important?
Zoli: For a person in a region with Q2 hospital the 144 XP lost could mean the difference between Level 15 (300XP) and Level 16 (500XP) and that would mean 5 GOLD for the player. So people would level up more quickly and could collect the 5 GOLD for increasing in level faster than now. It would mean more money for the USA citizens and thus for the US economy. Regarding damage a Lieutenant means at least 1500 damage. So probably new players registered in those region are still Sergeants (750-1499) so that is a loss of 20% that citizens does in every fight compared to a person who lives in a region with Q5 hospital.
Q: How much would it cost to make a Q5 company to build hospitals?
Zoli: The cost would be 20 GOLD (starting company) + 20 GOLD (Q2 upgrade) + 50 GOLD (Q3 upgrade) + 100 GOLD (Q4 upgrade) + 200 GOLD (Q5 upgrade) = Total of 390 GOLD
Q: That is a lot. And how about the cost of building a Q5 hospital?
Zoli: You would need 10.000 unit of wood. On the US market the cost o a unit of wood is around 0.52-0.53 USD, so it would cost 5300 USD. Regarding wages the best ones in construction on the US market are 30 USD for skill 7, 23 USD for skill 6 and 17 USD for skill 5. So let’s make our calculations with an average skill 6 and a pay of 23 USD. With an optimal number of 20 employees with wellness over 90, they will build 0.85 out of 2000 units for every level of skill. This means a skill 6 employee will produce daily 5.1 unit of hospital and 20 employees will produce 102 units out of 2000. This means the hospital will be built in 20 days, and the total wages will be of 23 USD * 20 workers *20 days = 9200 USD. Deducting the income tax which is the revenue of the state the manufacturing cost is 7360 USD.
So the total cost of building the Q5 hospital is 12660 USD (5300 USD the raw materials and 7360 USD the wages), or around 253 GOLD.
Q: But if a private person makes the hospital the price would have to be well over 253 GOLD in order to cover his initial investment and make some profit?
Zoli: True. I do not advise anybody to make a Q5 hospital company. The state should do this. For them a Q5 hospital company would be a limited but almost endless sack of GOLD. The Government should make the company. Here is a plan how they should do it.
1. The start up cost: -390 GOLD
2. Building the first hospital: -12660 USD
3. Selling the hospital to a foreign nation: +300 GOLD income
4. Building the second hospital: -12660 USD
5. Selling the second hospital to a foreign nation: +300 GOLD income
At this point the second hospital would already bring tons of profit for the state.
Q: But that is not true! The initial investment and the cost of building the first 2 hospitals is still bigger than the revenue generated by the sale of the hospitals. And who do you think will buy those hospitals?
Zoli: There are so many new countries popping up on the map. Each has 1000 GOLD and they would gladly spend 300 GOLD on buying a hospital in order to help develop their new players.
And you forget that the state has a fantastic ability – it can issue money at a very good exchange rate 1 GOLD = 200 USD. This means that after selling the first 2 hospitals it will cover the initial 390 GOLD cost and could transform the remaining 210 GOLD in 42.000 USD so it will cover not only the cost of the 2 hospitals but it will cover the construction cost of a third hospital.
In fact from this point on for every hospital this company is going to sell abroad it will be able to build 3 Q5 hospitals it can place in the USA.
Q: Zoli, this is great news. But people will not move to Florida and New Jersey then and the military leaders tell us that is very important.
Zoli: After placing a few new Q5 hospitals the number of inhabitants in Florida and New Jersey will grow slower as people searching for a Q5 hospital will have more options. But I believe the gains and the extra punch the people in the new region with Q5 can deliver will exceed the gains from a higher wall in Florida and New Jersey. I would say that Q5 hospitals should be placed first in California and New York.
Q: Zoli you are out of your mind!? Those regions already have Q4 hospitals! What benefits could a Q5 hospital bring to them?
Zoli: California has 1429 inhabitants and New York 982. Because even in RL there are the most inhabitants in the USA probably those regions will get the highest amount of new people who will develop even faster. Let’s take California, and assume that 30% of the population is active and fight in wars – that would mean about 430 people. In the battle last battle Americans fought the average damage was 33.8. Let’s assume that the inhabitants of California have an average damage of only 30. If those people would have a Q5 hospital they would deliver in each fight 430 people * 2 fights (because battles are fought on 2 days and the hospital can be used twice) * 30 damage = 25.800 damage per fight. And this extra damage will be used in every battle, even when you help you allies. 172 people should move from California to Florida or New Jersey in order to increase the wall there with 25.800 points and that would be used only in defensive wars if somebody attacked Florida or New Jersey.
Q: But some regions have such a small population.
Zoli: Some people say that a region should not receive a Q5 hospital because has a small population but in fact it has a small population only because it does not have a Q5 hospital. This is a connandrum indeed. Not all regions should have Q5 hospitals but you need more than just 2.
Q: Zoli this makes real sense. We could make Q5 hospitals with a zero cost for the Government, we could increase faster in rank and XP and the US army would be stronger. Wow! But why are you telling me this, you fight for the other side?
Zoli: First of all this is just a game. And I am really sick and tired of the propaganda and BS that some of your leaders are feeding you. I read several articles from people running for a place in Congress, and they just come up with lame excuses for the fact that they move for a couple of days to a state without Q5 hospital just to collect a new medal and 5 GOLD and after that they go back to Florida or New Jersey. They do nothing for the state that elects them. They just procrastinate the decision.
Q: So this is a 22 cath for the USA?
Zoli: From my side yes. If the new Governement will start such a program I will show off and rub it into the face of those who called me PEACEnick and opposed the plan. If the new Governement will ignore this idea than I will lose nothing, just 65% of US citizens who live in regions without Q5 hospitals will lose the opportuniy provided by a Q5 hospital. I am using reverse psyhology right now.
Q: Do other countries have so many Q5 hospitals?
Zoli: Yes! Hungary has 17 regions and 7 Q5 hospitals and the 8th Q5 hosptital will be deployed this week. In a couple of days Hungary will have less regions as it will liberate German regions.
Q: But Hungary is a member of PEACE. Show me another example, what about the allies of the US?
Zoli: Romania has 8 original regions. 6 have Q5 hospital and 2 have Q4 hospital. So as you can see not only PEACE countries place Q5 hospitals to as many regions as they can, but even the allies of the US realized the benefits of such a plan.

Zoli: Open your eyes. Knowing all the facts you can either take the blue pill, go back to sleep and forget all you read here, or you can take the red pill and start a plan to place more Q5 hospitals in the USA.

@Cesog fillireb - Please read the article again. A governement operated Q5 hospital company is self sustained. For every Q5 hospital sold to another country the Governement can build and place 3 (three) Q5 hospitals in the USA and even make some profit.

Hungary currently has 17 regions, actually there will be less as German regions will be liberated and the country has 7 Q5 hospitals and will deploy the 8th Q5 hospital this week.
Romania has 13 regions and has 6 Q5 hospitals and 2 Q4 hospitals, so all originally Romanian regions have at least a Q4 hospital.
When you have 3400 GOLD in the Congressional Budgeting Office and Fort Knox Federal Reserve has 722 GOLD it does not seem alot to me to spend 390 GOLD on a Q5 hospital company, an investment which will make profit in 40 days.

@Zoli...you should try looking for some other channels of feeding this information to the American public. I'm afraid you are too well known by everybody not to trigger 90% negative reactions to your articles. I know you can come up with useful stuff too (i.e. the economic advices you gave the new eRomanian government) bit what you are now trying to do now is pretty obvious.
You won't get to strike fear into the reader's minds, America is pretty safe now out of harm's way, you will just convince them you want something else.

Zoli - What about population dispersion? Doesn't building additional Q5's reduce the impact of having a couple of really big walls for defensive purposes? Would you have the US reduce those walls in FL and NJ?
@Bastion The effect will be distributed in time. The wall will not decrese there it will only increase slower. Currently only 35% of the population takes advantage of the Q5 hospital. This will not change in time so you are sacrificing 65% of the population. If you want to conpensate for the slower increase of population in Florida and NJ just move your organization there. 1000 orgs will be enough
Zoli may or may not be a "PEACE Propagandist", and honestly I could care less. PEACE isn't as endlessly bad as people think they are. They are presently our enemies, and for that reason we don't get along. But regardless, the plan that he has laid out here is both efficient and well planned, and in my own opinion, should be adopted by the eUS.
BASTION The risk of TOs will also dimish. Currently there are states which send a representative to Congress with 6 votes. This would not happen with a better healh care system.
Although it would be nice, we don't need Q5 hospitals in every state. Q4 is good enough for most states. And besides, some states don't even have a hospital!
Oh, and your Hungary/Romania doesn't really work. If Hungary or Romania had 51 regions to put Q5 hospitals, I don't think they would have one in every region, or even half!
U.S. Naval War Collage - True and false. It is true that Hungary would not place 51 Q5 hospitals but look at shear numbers. Hungary has 8 Q5 hospitals, Romania has 6 Q5 hospitals while the USA has 2 Q5 hospitals.
In a year you could place around 15 Q5 hospitals which would suffice, but you have to start sooner or later.
I think we should have more Q5 hospitals in the U.S. as well. More hospitals means our population can spread out and make better use of all our resources.

It is better to form a Q5 hospital company and just sell them overseas. We should VERY SLOWLY add Q5 hospitals to the states in a bid to develop the community at a state level (leading to more coherent politics and a stronger community) but the priority at this point needs to be liberating the nations dominated by unfriendly powers, securing additional resources and goods for the United States via foreign trade, and selling Q5 hospitals to these liberated nations to assist in protecting them against future acts of aggression.

In direct response to the idea of building more Q5 hospitals stateside though, it seems that much of that money would be better spent flying troops into Q5 regions in the event of a war. It makes more sense for Hungary and Romania to build more hospitals as their history and their geography have made them (in the past at least) more susceptible to invasions and consequently losing their hospitals. Diversification.
