[Presidents Office] A war for England

Day 2,301, 07:14 Published in Norway Norway by Jasper Zuidema

Hello Norway!

Its finally time, Finland is heading south and is moving to attack the UK's core regions, so I thought I'd give you an over view of what's going on right now in terms of battles and what lead to this:

As you may have known, last term we had been working towards signing an NAP with the UK, but we decided that we should carry on with the fight instead. The last couple days you have noticed Finland has advanced south into our regions by first attacking Trondelag. This was part of the plan to secure a stronger border with the UK. Thankfully they easily destroyed the UK here. Simultaneously a RW was opened in Ostlandet by Norway which was won back much to our surprise, It was started to stop the UK from closing the border with Finland by RW in Vestlandet. As then Finland would have had to march the long way around through Ostlandet and Sorlandet, by which time Norway would have taken back both Vestlandet and Sorlandet cutting Finland off from the UK, not what we wanted. At the same time, the Republic of Moldova has been slowly etching away at the UK’s cores moving along the eastern shore of the North Sea easily winning both RW’s and MPP battles.

When the Ostlandet battle closed, we moved to RW Sorlandet so that Finland could move to attack Vestlandet. Both regions where relatively easy to capture, now a classic gang bang can begin on the UK’s cores. At this time France also decided to join in and attacked the UK in the South East of England, Canada also proposed an Natural Enemy law however it’s going to be rejected. As the UK is struggling with these invasions, Poland put a NE on the Republic of Moldova and is currently winning in the East of England 25-3 and is hoping to clear us out. Finland after having secured Vestlandet immediately moved to attack Scotland, let’s hope we can bring that one into our favour as well! Anything else you should know about? Yes we are currently working on signing an MPP with China and its being voted on by our congress. We would welcome friendly relations with them as well

Best Regards,
