As I have said in my first State of the Republic Address, I will now be announcing the new members of the Presidential Cabinet. Some positions, though, are still vacant but I will let the ministers have a free rein in choosing their Vice Ministers. Maybe 24 hours is too short. So, if you want to be Vice Minister, kindly contact the appointed ministers first. I got many talks at the time being, so I may not have time to entertain your application. Vice Ministers will have to have teamwork with their heads.
