Fellow citizens and friends of eJapan,

this is my first term as president, no wonder I have made a silly mistake: I have proposed alliance with Argentina. Of course I wanted to resign our MPP withe Chile, but my hand was slipped. Of course I voted NO, but we have to wait 24h to resign the alliance. I have informed the president of Chile and I apologize to all the friends of eJapan.
