good to know
Maybe you can give a cabinet position to "Discostick?" It seems he (and a large number of other "reborn" citizens) may have cast deciding votes.
<a href="http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/3061641">http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/prof[..]1641</a>
I wonder who he voted for. He's a friend of Erumaron:
<a href="http://i565.photobucket.com/albums/ss95/KITAIkki/discostick1a.jpg">http://i565.photobucket.com/albums/ss95/[..].jpg</a>
But his health was only 2.86 on election day.
<a href="http://i565.photobucket.com/albums/ss95/KITAIkki/discostick3a.jpg">http://i565.photobucket.com/albums/ss95/[..].jpg</a>
His health is so low, so I hope he survives long enough to at least see the next article from Dokomo!
Chicago has a long tradition of *dead people voting in elections*... Maybe Dokomo can try to sell that seat in congress that he vacated when he became president, like this guy wanted:
<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rod_Blagojevich_corruption_charges">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rod_Blagoje[..]arges</a>
Actaully KITA, you should check out Erumaron's friend's list before you open your mouth. As far as rampant corruption, I guess you are the expert on it, as you've been importing votes long before anyone else did.
"I wonder who he voted for. He's a friend of Erumaron:"
In case you didn't realise Erumaron went on a friending-spree a month or two back and friended several hundreds. I'm sure you can find all sorts of people on his friendlist, that doesn't really prove anything...
Actually Aogo, you should check out the most recent citizenship approval list to see that it's your friend Chysamere Goru who imported a couple votes (see June 5th... why would anyone approve someone on that day? Oh, it's election day):
<a href="http://www.erepublik.com/en/country/Japan/citizenship/applications/approved/53">http://www.erepublik.com/en/country/Japa[..]d/53</a>
And who is that former member of congress also approving someone on June 5th? None other than Dokomo.
<a href="http://www.erepublik.com/en/country/Japan/citizenship/applications/approved/52">http://www.erepublik.com/en/country/Japa[..]d/52</a>
I look forward to your comments about that, Yoshi-san.
Dokomo <3
haha, KITA, you poor deluded fool. Vashthestampido was a Russian when I approved him. I thought I should use my approvals before I lost them to help new citizens out, so I asked Erumaron who was approved. Vash was and so I gave him citizenship. I doubt he voted for me, since he was not online 3 hours before the end of the election when I approved him.
ゴヂッラは選挙でカンニングした。
Hmm... can I receive some instructions like "Ambassadors for dummies in 24 hours"?
KITA is stalking Shrubbery on an empty stomach, apparently.
Congratulations~
A bit iffy with regards to the appointed Vice Minister of Defence - you took a gamble there and this in turn will set a precedent. Who is he anyway?
i don't like that either Tanaka Fujimori. Not that Chicco is not a good guy, but he virtually arrived 5 mins before getting a seat in the cabinet.
Everyone in the country is friends with Erumaron and The Lottery.
The account in question certainly looks suspicious but it is a SSS member so I suspect that it voted for Shimiken.
Strange, yes I say strange...
Chicco is a regular fixture in the military channel, and has been for a while. He also tanked for us in South Korea several times too.
A couple examples of his work for Japan:
<a href="http://ereptools.net/battles/info/id/10426">http://ereptools.net/battles/info/id/104[..]0426</a>
<a href="http://ereptools.net/battles/info/id/10427">http://ereptools.net/battles/info/id/104[..]0427</a>
Goku Jones: "The account in question certainly looks suspicious but it is a SSS member so I suspect that it voted for Shimiken."
I was hoping someone like you would say that. Here's the other screenshot I took of Discostick's profile:
<a href="http://i565.photobucket.com/albums/ss95/KITAIkki/discostick2.jpg">http://i565.photobucket.com/albums/ss95/[..].jpg</a>
"No political activity."
Oops.
Chicco is probably an excellent soldier and has high strength. I can't remember the last time someone got a cabinet position 5 minutes after arriving in country. I think it was back in November or December of last year.... Oh yeah, Afanasiy Drago (former president of eNorth Korea). And who was country president at the time? Dokomo.
Besides, Chicco speaks German, so he can't be all bad. Here's the private message I sent to him earlier:
"Ich gratuliere Dir! Es passiert nur selten in eRepublik, daß man bei der CP-Wahl die entscheidene Stimme abgibt. "
"Vice" positions aren't really meant to do much other then to offer training for the position for the future. I don't see why this is such a big deal?
I've got more time now (at least during the week) so I'll do the Vice MoS if you don't find someone else. Of course ideally it should go to a newer player looking to get involved. Congrats.
lol, i have no problem with Chicco, in fact im happy to see him in Japan. He will be useful member of the community. I just dont like the idea of a newcomer getting any sort of governmental position, it's just 'rude' to the older citizens.
KITA, this is why we can't have nice things.
I gladly accept my position, and will begin Ambassadorial work shortly
Forgot MoFA Kemo Sabe
I was waiting for KITA to bring up Drago and Chicco. I will lol now.
>Special Ambassador to Russia - Nata-kun
Can I receive instructions or something about my future work?
Nata-kun, basically, your job is to assure Russia of our good intentions towards them. Our interests in South Korea lie in a merger, forced or not, and in the liberation of China. If Japan and Russia's interests clash, we will not take hostile action directly towards Russia, but will against their allies.
And you can troll the hell out of them if you want.
sounds like a fun job
KITA, I'd appreciate if you didn't take shots at my home city. It's disingenuous and wrong. We do have some prick politicians who run this city. However, Chicago is one of the hardest working cities in America and they pride themselves on it.
Dokomo, congrats and you have a competent and lovely cabinet. Best of luck to you.
yea, most importantly good luck for this month, may our country prosper
Kuro is Brock Obama pass it on ^_^b
Hey Kita if your accusing Chicco of voting for Dokomo you are wrong, he had already voted in the German elections. Nice try though and quit your whining its gotten quite stale, may I suggest you try your luck barking up another tree. Thanks in an advance.
Proud to serve in the government under your leadership, Dokomo. o7
I'd like that job, the vacant one o/
I literally added all of Japan as my friend. Stop being crazy KITA, people are over it.
Voted for Kita's hilarious trolling efforts.
~ Geno Garon
Kita is just bitter that he was forever shunned after his disaster of a Presidency. Back in your cage!
"Kita is just bitter that he was forever shunned after his disaster of a Presidency."
Aye it was; seeing how poorly he performed in his reelection for his second term. Terrible time in Japanese history; terrible times.
It all worked out in the end. He got his term, displayed his "qualities", and we moved on.
merga we can appoint you Lead Guard of the Imperial Harem
Yes in fact I cast my vote in Germany right after DC.
Anyway, I am honored to have been selected as Vice MoD so soon after receiving citizenship, and let me assure you of my commitment to Japan. I apologize to the older members of the community who may feel passed over.
welcome Chicco
Congratulations to our new Cabinet.
Hahaha Kita, you're so oblivious. All of the people given citizenship were approved in accordance with the immigration law. You're such a fool, you keep complaining up a storm that LAWS WERE FOLLOWED, LAWS YOU APPROVED OF.
Hahahahaha!
As the caster of the deciding vote in the election I am appalled to find that I have received no mention OR position of power!
I believe I casted the deciding vote Thodol.
President Dokomo! As a citizen-warrior, I'd like to congratulate you on your new term.
Congratulation Dokomo! and I'm always glad to work with Japan and China.
O_o
Wow...
I guess that my living in eJapan will be a funny but i don't expext how
KITA, take it easy, men
I did't voice anybody because i was offline. However if I was been online I don't voice anywhere because i don't know about candidates and if just approved citizen run to polling station it is impolite.
There are many peoples who don't interesting eRepublic politics.
Anywhere thanks to peoples who trust me and give me a chance. And sorry for my bad English
Don't worry Vash. KITA has a thing where he attacks immigrants to score points on his political opponents. It's not personal.
It was nice to see that less than 5 minutes before daychange (2010-06-05 23:54:05) Shimiken was leading barely (43.82% to 43.62 percent), 2 minutes later (2010-06-05 23:56:07) Dokomo took over lead.
It would be nice to examine all those last 20-30 votes for both side since it seems that the minimal difference tempted quite a few people. Also on both side these resurrected people should be excluded from the voting and also banned from the game. And lastly their affiliates and friends should be checked (IP address compared to these resurrected people) and banned if cheating can be proved.
By the game mechanic it is possible that some congressmen approves huge number of citizens (compared to other periods) on election days, however it is unethical in my opinion.
Xavinyo, you live in Russia, go away.
Xav, if that happened, most of Russia would be gone! Then how would you play with all of your "friends" there?
Ironically, Xavinyo is one of the people Koppanyi "convinced" KITA and friends to approve for citizenship shortly before KITA's own election in January.
<a href="http://www.erepublik.com/en/country/Japan/citizenship/applications/approved/37">http://www.erepublik.com/en/country/Japa[..]d/37</a>
Also, there were 500 votes cast in an election in Japan, which has less than a hundred active players and maybe twice that many 2-7 clickers. And that's me being *very* generous in my estimates. So yeah... water is still wet, fire is still hot, and multies were used in Japan. SHOCKING.
Honestly I have plenty of friends that started playing then stopped again... they were not living in eJapan, but if they were I wouldn't mind texting them on election day asking if they would bother to revive their citizen to vote - and I bet that goes for everyone.
Erepublik was never a democracy, and never will be un til the elections are truly completely anonymous and no intermediate results available.
Whats wrong with asking for justice? I am asking only that the last 2 minute voters and these resurrected players shold be investigated, on BOTH side, why does that offend you? Are you feeling guilty?
And let me decide if I care for eJapan independence or not. And please let me decide if I critize the fellows who turned around in the last 3 election campaigns (you know who do I talk about). No need to be a historican to dig and read back goals and nice words and how it changed from one election to the other.
Lastly please let me decide who do I vote for, I don't care who do you vote for. I only ask for a fair voting where multis, and not played characters have no vote. If you have problem with that then let me have my suspicion.
You do realize that there was a 6 hour "investigation" into the election results and nothing changed in the final vote tally, yes? We all know that at least half the votes in the election were from multies or people who resurrected their dead citizens for the sole reason of voting. Apparently admins saw all of this and chose to do nothing.
You're complaining to the wrong people. Admins love to talk about how they're going to stop multies and other cheating, but that's all it is--talk.
As for what's wrong with you 'asking for justice,' nothing I suppose. Assuming you don't mind being a hypocrite, that is.
A Hungarian plant in Japan crying about election tactics. OH THE IRONY.
USA bromantic flower is crying. OH THE IRONY.
...what?
Bromantic flower... that's pretty awesome. I never cry though, brah.
this is pretty delicious actually
Re. vMoD being a "newcomer", I don't feel passed over at all--I'm a supply logistics drone and am glad someone who's had quite a bit of experience w/deployment/strategy type situations and who's not a holier-than-thou asshole being brought in. <3 Chicco
But maybe you should change your avatar at some point.
Chujo MacOllie
Dokobro! Dokobro! Dokobro!
"Don't worry Vash. KITA has a thing where he attacks immigrants to score points on his political opponents. It's not personal."
Don't worry, Vash. If you don't vote how the FoH gang wants you to, you'll be labeled a "PTOer."
"All of the people given citizenship were approved in accordance with the immigration law. You're such a fool, you keep complaining up a storm that LAWS WERE FOLLOWED, LAWS YOU APPROVED OF."
Yes, although I did not realize the Office of Immigration was approving people pre-election. A little unseemly, don't you think? Importing voters in elections is something FoH has done in the past. I accidentally approved one eHungarian and approved ZERO people since (had two terms in congress). Look at all the eUSA avatars approved by FoH members of congress.
You guys will do anything to hold onto power. You're just mad that someone is willing to call you on it.
>Don't worry, Vash. If you don't vote how the FoH gang wants you to, you'll be labeled a "PTOer."
Adam Reese. Shut up, hypocrite.
"Special Ambassador to South Korea"
w
Immigration approves people pretty much daily broseph.
Actually, it's more how pathetic you are that angers me. You used to be a decent, stand up guy. Something crawled up in you and now you're a bitter ex-president making wildly inaccurate accusations because YOU can't stay in power.
Driven mad by his ambition...MAD!
They're coming to take me away - ha ha!
