You might be thinking what could possibly be the correlations between the two subjects on the title. Well, there is, you will see.
I am glad to announce a new economic partnership with Bulgarian Military Barrack. Here are the details of the partnership.
1) Bulgarian Military Barrack will be sending a maximum of 10 people to India per month. We give them temporary Indian CS.
2) Each will be buying around 20 gold using 0.001 gold/INR rate from the government and build saltpetre as by doing so they can build one extra saltpetre. This will send around 200 gold to india's economy a month.
3) As soon as they are finished building they will leave India.
This will not have any impact on India's monetary market as the transaction is completely with India's government. This is scheduled to begin right after the next Congress election as we are currently almost out of CS passes.
We hope this will strenthen our relationship with Bulgaria and assist India's economy as well as the players of BMB.
What better way to celebrate this chapter of BG-India friendship other than watching Cinderella being performed by Bulgarians in Hindi. This was forwarded to me by Stoyo Tetevenski, vMOFA of Bulgaria. This was performed by Stoyo and his classmates. He is playing the role of Rajaa.

Hamturk, they will leave after building, and it's not worth them paying plato an extra 20g for a market licence to sell here
@hamturk, nope they won't be because they won't have access to India's marketplace unless they pay 20G for the license, which is essentially a loss. Also, if they remain here and try to sell in BG, they would have to pay import tax.
They are coming to build one extra saltpetre for the same amount and then go back to Bulgaria.
This also means that we have to manage our CS passes very very efficiently. We have around 40 passes, And if we promise 20, we will have only 20 passes left. Some may need to be used for Indians tanks wishing to return home.
A nice initiative though.

troj4n20 I still sold on Indian market when I was in Ireland.. so when these guys return to Bulgaria they will still be selling in India.
In India = 7500+1000 INR = 8.5G@ 1000 INR/G
In Bulgaria = 7500+1000 BGN = 17G@ 500 BGN/G or 13G @ 640BGN/G
So, a bulgarian citizen can save 4.5 to 8.5G per saltpetre farm investment
This is a win-win situation as more gold flows into indian market and Bulgaria can save investments in RM

You can sell in India, coz you were born here or u wud have an license...
Even otherwise, you can only sell RM with import taxes...which is at 30% tax...so dont worry...
@hamturk u need to have a license to sell in any market.. license is not automatic on getting cs.. so there is no way they can sell on indian market

I suggest setting up a group to track these players when they're passes are accepted, it takes a few hours at max to build a few RM's.

Tho bulgarians have been our ally for long time..we shud keep a track of these kind of heavy immigration from a country. 20 members from one country in each term is a huge number...very risky if it goes wrong..so there has to be a track...also i proposed the HOC to maintain a spreadsheet for CS passes given to citizens of ONE affiliated countries..
I want to understand also the advantage of the bulgarians in building WRM mines here. If they cannot sell here and its too expensive to import them to bulgaria whats the use of making them?? I understand Mohan's calculation of saving 4 gold on making a mine here but what can u do with the output if u cant do either of these two??

@suvajit the advantage is what bharathi outlined. They can build around one extra saltpetre by building them here in India rather than in bulgaria. They can move back to Bulgaria and then utilize Bulgarian marketplace. That's why if they stay here in India it will be a loss for them.
