[PotUS] We're Not Done Yet

Day 1,686, 20:03 Published in USA USA by Israel Stevens

My fellow Americans,

My term may be nearing its end, but that doesn’t mean we’ve stopped working. You may have noticed that we just created a new branch. Rogue Squadron exists to fill a need in the USAF. We were in need of a highly active, mobile branch of D3 soldiers, and that’s what this aims to fill. Rogue Squadron will allow us to strike at the heart of our Imperialistic enemies, by taking the fight to their resistance wars and having more control over our Division 3 soldiers. If you want to be a part of this awesome group, then fill out the application and Go Rogue.

You also may have noticed that we decided to get some Tacos. More specifically, we’re going to get some fish tacos. Make sure you’re requesting your daily tanks from Tank Up to Rank Up.

On a side note, Tank Up to Rank Up, has been run completely out of my pocket, combined with a few generous donations of money and tanks. No government funds were used to supply tanks. When I leave office on Friday, this program will likely undergo some changes and not continue to be the program it’s been for the past three and a half weeks.
What can you expect? That depends on what Congress decides to do. I have presented the program to them, so that the government may take it over.
For the time being, keep requesting tanks!!

In military news, the General of the Air Force; eShades has retired from active duty. eShades has been in the USAF for twelve months, and has been the General of the Air Force for five. I would like to personally thank him for his contributions to our military and wish him a peaceful retirement, full of killing Serbs.
General of Bootcamp; Roper 70 has been promoted to the head of the Air Force. He has served nine months in the USAF, and seven of those have been as the Commanding Officer of Bootcamp. A long career, and a deserved promotion.
Taking over as the General of Bootcamp; will be Synesi. He has served in the Training Corps for over two years, and has held the command of that organization for the last six months. He has always been dedicated to the new players, and holds himself and his soldiers to a high standard. I would like to personally welcome Synesi into the USAF family, we have very happy to have him aboard.

Please take a moment and congratulate all of these fine officers. Our military would not be where it is today, without their hard work and dedication.

Thanks to all of you!

Lastly, there is the matter of the Non-Aggression Pact signed by the nations of Poland and the United States. This law passed formally passed Congress a few days ago, and I am very pleased to announce it. This treaty secures our 100% weapons bonus, while at the same time preventing what may very well have been a wipe. Our weapons bonuses are incredibly important to both EDEN and Terra, because of the amount of commune holders that have taken USA Citizenship in the past 6 months. This helps a lot more than the USA, it helps all of EDEN/Terra.
Despite our past differences, we were able to use diplomacy to solve our differences; proving that there may be more to this game, than just warfare.
I would like to especially thank my Secretary of State Tenshibo, not only for his outstanding work on this matter, but his dedication for the entire month.

Obligatory flag picture 😛
