You might have noticed that our regions returned and there is no talk of war. Spain and Poland aren’t calling for our blood, and we aren’t chomping at the bit to get into another war. As you can tell, determination and empires changed a bit for us and the world. Knowing this, I decided to sit down with the Polish and Spanish presidents to renegotiate our treaty. I was greatly appreciative of their understanding and desire to work peacefully and cooperatively. After our meeting and running through congress, I present the USA-Spoland Non-Aggression Pact. I had hoped to publish this much sooner, but there as an unfortunate unavoidable delay. This treaty was negotiated about a week ago, but its clauses still hold true and are important.

USA-Spoland Non-Aggression Pact

I. Preamble
Given our return to peace and our progress resolving issues between our countries, the United States, Poland, and Spain desire to work towards greater peace and stabilization between our countries. Considering this interest, we establish a new agreement to reflect our changing views towards each other.

II. Terms
A. Poland agrees to cede control and claim of all core regions of the United States.
B. The military forces of the United States, Poland, and Spain shall not engage in any direct MPP battles, or fight against each other in any Resistance War after the return of occupied United States regions.
C. The United States, Poland, and Spain agree to work towards greater cooperation, communication, and peace.
D. If any terms are inadvertently broken by Poland, Spain, or the United States, the situation shall be rectified in a peaceful and patient manner, in order to return to the terms of this agreement

III. Renewal
A. The treaty shall be automatically renewed on the tenth of each month.
B. If any President disagrees with the renewal of the treaty, they shall inform the other Presidents and hold a meeting.

I thank the Polish and Spanish presidents and their Ministers of Foreign Affairs for their cooperation and work towards this pact. I look forward to further interactions and peaceful relations with these two countries as we move past the war and towards a more stable future. I believe that the United States’ commitment to its agreements has been impressive, and I am appreciative of the citizens who have supported our actions and obligations thus far.
