[POTUS] The Road Ahead

Day 1,149, 19:32 Published in USA Canada by Haliman

Dear America,

I come before you today humbled and eager to continue the hard work that this administration has begun. In these first few days we have straightened out some administrative kinks, finalized our internal structure, and begun holding the difficult international discussions that will determine the fate of our nation.

As you may know, the world is in flux. Alliances are changing. Countries that have been long time enemies are entertaining the idea of friendship. Long time friends are turning against each other. It is an interesting time. It is a dangerous time. It is a fun time.

We have worked to pursue the relationships that make most sense for us. Alliances that will enable us to secure a prosperous eAmerican future. In coming days, relationships will be finalized, and we will release more information. Until then, we ask for patience and support. I promise we will not let you down.

The Interior Department has been working night and day to manage the programs that help keep this nation healthy and robust. Here is one new program in the Department:

I’m pleased to announce the introduction of the White House Internship Program. We’re looking for the best and brightest, the smartest and most active new citizens in this nation.

If you want to pursue a future as a political leader in this country, I want you to join this program. White House Interns will be in contact with current national leaders, contribute to important Executive branch work, and make contacts that will help you throughout your entire eLife. This is an amazing opportunity, and I look forward to personally meeting and getting to know all of those accepted into the program.

Again, if you are interested in signing up, fill out an application here.

Trying days are ahead of us. For the first time in a long time, in the coming weeks, we may face the threat of invasion. We will do everything in our power to avoid this, but this is a reality we must prepare for. If and when that day comes, I assure you, we will not only be prepared to defend, but to take the battle to the shores of anyone foolish enough to take a shot at us.

Any act of aggression will not be forgotten.
