[POTUS]Feel the Equality

Hello America,

We all like to talk about brotherhood, allies, friends, homies, what have you. Military units dedicate themselves and their damage to uphold the aforementioned bonds, media moguls write articles showing their love for their bonded brethren, and Presidents - like myself - deal with these people daily to ensure that these bonds continue to bear fruit (preferably pineapple, because pineapple is the shit yo.)



Alliances, in their very nature, serve to perpetuate these bonds, and instill a sense of equality. This isn’t always easy, especially in this game, because to be honest, some countries are simply better than others. So thankfully, our brothers to the east, Serbia, have developed a new charter for TWO so that their alliance can ensure equality between its members. To ensure that everyone in the world feels the equality, I have decided to share with you this secret log of fun: so, without further ado here it is.

As the key says, the new stuff is in yellow. But, because I want to ensure everyone feels the equality, I will copy the really interesting stuff here:

5. Voting rights
In order to bring the fairness and equality weight in voting system and to prevent miss use of it, TWO is introducing following rules.
5.1 Country presidents have a right to vote on any issue which they seem fit. The document should be made on voting and voting will last up to 24hours on any issue. Issue can be put to vote by each TWO CP or at least by three ACT CPs.
5.2. Weight of the vote by countries is as follows (each country gets the following).

- Poland and Serbia – 3 points
- Spain, Hungary – 2 points
- United Kingdom, Slovenia – 1 point
- Taiwan, Latvia, Thailand, Estonia, Belarus, Venezuela, Montenegro, Austria, Slovakia – 0,5 points

5.3 These points apply on all issue voting including elections, and they represent the fairest possible system which gives equal voting rights to all of the citizens of TWO and ACT.
5.1 Any other contry that is entering TWO or ACT will get their own weight in the voting system which will be assigned according to contries number of players and influence which it bring to the alliance.

You see guys?! To ensure equality, let us make it so that the big countries have more power!!! WOOOT!!! So, first things first, I’d like to formally congratulate the Serbian government on creating a system of great equality for themselves and Poland.



Oh, and just so everyone knows, they have great reasoning for this, let me show you:

EXPLANATION OF THE CHANGES!
What changes bring?!
1. New weighting system.
Countries that were misrepresented will now have more equal weight in decision making. It takes population and damage into account! We can not achieve total equality but we can have a system that brings us closer to that.
Example
system up until now: One person vote from UK was worth like ten people vote from Serbia!
new system: One person from UK will be worth as three people from Serbia!
With this kind of voting system we respect the right of both majority and minority if we compare it to the old system!


You see guys?! By giving Serbia more voting power than the UK, it makes it so that the UK has more voting power!!! Trust me, it makes sense. Let me show you:

When 1 = 1 then 1a has more power than 1b if and only if 1a is UK and 1b is Serbia (because Serbia has a debuff of negative 11 [thus giving the Serbian math of 1 = 10])

Now, in 1 = 3, 1 has almost as much power as 3 if and only if you’re drunk or the larger country.
