[PotUS] Day 2734 Revolution

Day 2,734, 11:15 Published in USA USA by Trekker Tlumac

My fellow Americans,

Today I have a brief statement for you.

As of late last night, our country has come under attack. Not from some outside invading force, but from one of our own.

A Revolution has been started to topple the government installed Dictatorship.

It was not sanctioned.

Some people may be rallying the war cry that this is what the country wants, as the Dictatorship module has been unpopular by many citizens. This is a poor excuse at best. The installation of the Dictatorship was passed into law by congress. If the people want it to be removed, they should do so the same way.

Others have suggested that this is merely to bring fun to the country.

Make no mistake, this is an act of war.

Another thing that has been touted was that the determination on the dictatorship is so high that resetting is actually a good thing. This is also false.

The real strength in having a dictator is not defending against revolution. The strength is in knowing in advance that something is going to happen. If an outside hostile threat were to attack us, we would have 10 days of preparation before they could try to install their own Dictator. As well as costing them at least 400K to take over (200K to liberate us and 200K to start the coup to put in a new dictator)

This Revolution ensures we have neither advantage.

Trust the motives are masked behind the popular shouting points of mistrust and dissension that some of the populace have. Make no mistake in believing these are the motives, they are merely the means.

The whole aim here was to force the USA to spend as much of the Taxpayers Money as possible. It is directly in the mission statement for the MU.

I refuse to do that to the American public. I am taking the most effective and efficient route. Instead of millions to fail to defend, I will spend 200K to re-install the Dictatorship after this threat is over.

The determination is high for the battle, so high that defending the dictatorship would be more costly than allowing it to succeed. Instead of spending millions in taxpayer money to protect the dictatorship, I am not spending one cent on Combat Orders.

Anyone touting the praises for this action against our nation, please consider this. All this does is make our country look weak.

Your President and Dictator,

Trekker Tlumac
