Possible RW help, and department positions

So I was on my way to open up my bubble tea cafe for the day, I noticed one of those Indonesian newspaper stands that have been appearing in merlion park. Below a few articles in Indonesian I didn't understand there was one which was written in English. Curious I started to read it. It was from South Korea, requesting help in a resistance war they were proposing to end their continued occupation .
I got to my shop and realised that I had run out of tapioca.
I decided what with the recent elections I could use a holiday, and could get more tapioca too.
So I queued for 7 hours and boarded my flight.
I sent a message to the CP offering to help , and also asked if they could let me know when it would occur.
They replied, and said they would.
They will be getting a lot of support from Indo, but I thought it would be fun to stick it to the man. I also said I'd ask you guys if you'd join in.

Finally I'm not leaving Singapore. Besides the fact that I can't speak Korean I'm working on thinking up the structure of the CSD ministerial positions.

So far I was thinking of.

Department of elections.
Department of foreign affairs
Department of intelligence
Department of newbies
Department of war
And department of Lulz
Any other ideas, let me know.
I try to see if we still have forums.
