עבר כבר לא מעט זמן מאז הכתבה האחרונה שלי.
הרבה מאוד קרה בשבועיים האחרונים מאז בחירתי לנשיאות והגיע הזמן לעדכן אותכם לגבי מגוון הנושאים הרבים.

מבצע "שושנת הרוחות"

ישר אחרי תחילת הקדנציה שלי, צה"ל יצא בפקודתי לבולגריה, לעזור לבעלת בריתנו במלחמות שלה.
27 לוחמים יצאו להילחם במספר קרבות למען בולגריה ועדן נגד טורקיה,איראן,מקדוניה וסרביה. לא מעט אספקה אורגנה תודות למתן דניזנגר, מתןב ויובי15 וזה המקום להודות להם על עזרתם הרבה.
ישראל הוכיחה לעולם, וגם לעצמנו, שאנחנו מסוגלים לעזור לבעלות הברית שלנו ושצה"ל הוא כוח שצריך לכבד אותו בעולם הזה.



המלחמה עם איחוד האמירויות

המלחמה הלא מתוכנת שלנו עם האיחוד או בשמו המבצעי: "ביעור חמץ" נפתחה לפני מספר ימים לאחר סכסוך קל בין שני הצדדים, המלחמה התחילה טוב אך החלטנו להפסיק את הלחימה על מנת להתארגן, לארגן עוד עזרה ואספקה לצה"ל ולטנקרים שבאו לעזור.
אין זו פגיעה בכבודנו או הודאה בהפסד כי למעשה זהו שלום(לפחות כרגע) שיאפשר לנו להתארגן ולתכנן מלחמה אחרת שתעזור לנו לגדול ולהתפתח.
כמו כן זהו המקום להודות ללונה, הולנד, אוסטרליה, עדן, ג'ו פרנקו וסיירת מטכ"ל ולרודסנייט ושאר טנקרים אחרים שהציעו עזרה ועזרו לנו במלחמתנו הקצרה.
כמו כן, ברצוני להודות מצרים שהוכיחה שהיא ידידה מופלאה של ישראל ומכאן נוכל רק להמשיך ולפתח את יחסינו איתם, בתקווה לשיתוף פעולה נוסף בעתיד בעניינים שונים.



צה"ל וסיירת מטכ"ל

למרות שעניין זה כבר הוכרז והפך לרשמי, אני חוזר אליו פעם נוספת.
סיירת מטכ"ל הופכת ליחידה המובחרת של צה"ל אך בסגנון קצת שונה מצבאות אחרים.
סיירת מטכ"ל תהיה תחת פיקודו של אלוף ג'ו פרנקו ולא תהיה כפופה לרב אלוף אלא רק לג'ו.
הסיירת תעזור לצה"ל במבצעיו אך תהיה חופשיה לצאת למבצעים משלה לפי שיקל דעות של אלוף פרנקו.
כמו כן המדינה תספק אספקה לסיירת בשביל שהסיירת תוכל להילחם בצורה הטובה והיעילה ביותר כיאות לכוח מיוחד.

תוכנית המילואים

תוכנית המילואים היא תוכנית חדשה במדינה שנוסחה ופותחה על ידי שר הבטחון אבי הדורבן ועל ידי יואל. פירוט נרחב על התוכנית תוכלו למצוא בכתבתו של יואל אך גם אני יתייחס אליה.
על מנת להגביר פעילות בצה"ל, ועל מנת שתהיה לנו כל הזמן אספקה, על חייל בצה"ל ולא משנה דרגתו מחוייב לשרת בחברה של צה"ל פעם בחודש למשך זמן של חמישה ימים כלומר 60 ימים בשנה.
כפי שראיתם במבצע "ביעור חמץ" נקלענו לבעיה של אספקה לכן אם כל חייל צה"ל יעשה את שירות המילואים הקצר הזה מדי חודש כך לכל חיילי צה"ל תהיה אספקה של אוכל ונשק לכל מבצע או מלחמה.
התוכנית הזו שאושרה על ידי ועל ידי הקבינט, תעזור לצה"ל, לא דורשת הרבה מהחיילים ותעזור לנו בכל צרה שהיא.

יחסי חוץ

במהלך חצי הקדנציה שלי התמקדנו רבות בשיפור יחסי החוץ עם מדינות, בעיקר של עדן, על מנת לקדם את כניסתנו לברית עדן ולשיפור מעמדנו ויחסינו עם מדינות בעולם כולו.
פעילות זו כבר הניבה פירות כשאר חתמנו בריתות עם אוסטרליה וקנדה ובנוסף שיפרנו את יחסינו המעולים עם הולנד, בולגריה ופינלנד בנוסף להמשכת יחסינו המצויינים עם יוון,קרואטיה,רומניה ומצרים. בעלות בריתנו מלונה גם עזרו לנו במלחמה וכמובן שאנחנו מודים להם מקרב לב ושמחים על כך שאנחנו חלק מברית נפלאה כמו לונה.
זה גם הזמן לסכם על הסכם חלקי עם טאג (המועצה הערבית העליונה) שבה אנחנו נשחרר חלק מהאחיזה שלנו בערב הסעודית למעט הגבולות הצפוניים.
כרגע שחררנו את ג'יזאן ועל הדרך גם את איסטרן פרובינס בגלל המלחמה נגד איחוד האמירויות.
הסכם זה יביא ליחסים רגועים וטובים יותר עם הערבים באזור למרות שטאג רואה בנו כחברה שלהם ולא מעוניינת בקונפליקט איתנו.

דבר נוסף שאני מעוניין להתייחס אליו הוא נושא הברית עם אירלנד.
כמו שאתם יודעים היינו אמורים לחתום על ברית בינינו לבין אירלנד אך אי הבנה בין שני הצדדים הביא לפירוק העניין.
הנשיא האירי רצה שנחכה עד לרגע שבו הוא מסיים את הבאן שלו ואני חשבתי שהוא מתכוון לאותו יום ולכן שלחתי בקשה לברית, הנשיא האירי התעצבן נורא והחליט שישראל ואירלנד לא יחתמו על ברית ביניהן בעתיד הקרוב.
אנחנו ננסה לתקן את המצב בינינו ולשפר את היחסים, למרות שהופתעתי מהתגובה החריפה של הנשיא האירי אך למרות זאת אני מתנצל בפניהם על התקרית ומקווה שנוכל לשקם את יחסינו בקרוב מאוד.

Hello eIsrael,


Its been a while since my last article.
Lots have happened during the last two weeks since I was elected to be the president and its time to update you regarding several subjects.

Operation "wind rose"

Right after the beginning of my term eIDF was deployed at eBulgaria under my command to help our ally in its wars.
27 soldiers went to war in several battles for eBulgaria and Eden against eTurkey, eIran, eMacedonia and eSerbia. A big amount of supplies were arranged thanks to Matan Danziger, MatanB and Yuvy15 and this is the place to thank them for their help. eIsrael has proved to the world and also to ourselves that we are capable of helping our allies and the eIDF is a force that must be respected.



The war against the UAE

Our unplanned war against the eUnited Arab Emirates was opened a few days after a light conflict between the two sides. We had a good start yet we decided to stop fighting so we can organize, ask for more help and supplies for the eIDF and the tankers who came to aid us.
Our honor was not harmed nor we lost. It was a peace treaty (at least at the moment) that will help us regroup and plan another war that will help us grow and develop.
Also, I will use this stage to thank Luna, eNetherlands, eAustralia, Eden, Joe Franco, Sayeret Matcal, and Rhodesknight and the rest of the tankers who aided us during our short war. Also I'd like to thank Egypt that proved to be a true friend of eIsrael and from this sport we could only keep developing our relationship with them in hope that in the future we can cooperate in more issues.



eIDF and Sayeret Matkal

Although this was already declared I'd like to repeat that.
Sayeret Matkal became the elite unit of the eIDF with slight changes from other armies.
Sayeret Matkal will be under the command of Aluf JoeFranco and not under the Rav Aluf, just to Joe.
The Sayeret will help eIDF in its operations and will be free to launch operations according to Aluf JoeFranco's consideration.
Also, the state will spply the Sayeret so it can fight in the must efficient way as an elite force deserve to fight.

The Commune Program

The Commune program is a new program that was formulized and developed by the Minister of Defence Avi Hadorban and by Joel. More explanation on the program can be found at Joel's article on it yet I will also mention a few words.
To increase the eIDF activity level and so that we can have a good flow of supply each and every soldier on the eIDF regardless of his rank will have to serve in an eIDF company once a month for a time period of five days, sixty days per year.
As you can see in the latest war we had a problem with supplies so if every eIDF soldier will do his short commune service every month every soldier in the eIDF will have both food and weapons supply for every operation or war. This program was accepted by me and the cabinet and it will help the eIDF as it doesn’t require too much from the soldiers.



Foreign Relations

During my half term we focused on improving our foreign relations with states, especially Eden states so we can advance our entrance to the Eden alliance and to improve our status and relations with states all around the world. This activity already gave fruits when we signed MPP's with eAustralia and eCanada and also improved our relations with eNetherlands, eBulgaria, eFinland. We also kept our excellent relations with eGreece, eCroatia, eRomania and eEgypt. Our Luna allies also helped us during the war and of course we thank them and happy that we are a part of this great alliance. It is also to summarize our agreement with TAGE where we will release some parts of our hold in the eSaudi Arabia except the Northern Borders. At the moment we released both Jizan and Eastern Province because of the war with the eUAE. This agreement will bring good and relaxed relations with the arabs in the area even though TAGE sees us as a friend and is not interested in war.

Another thing I'd like to comment on is our MPP with eIreland.
As you know we were supposed to sign an MPP between us and eIreland yet a misunderstanding between the two sides brought this process to a halt.
The Irish President had liked us to wait until the moment he finishes his ban and I thought he meant the end of the same day this is why I proposed the MPP. The Irish President got pissed and decided that eIsrael and eIreland will not sign an MPP in the near future. We will try and fix the situation although I was very surprised by the reaction of the Irish president and yet I apologize about the incident and hope we can recover our relations very soon



Interior affairs

A new proposition of the government is an mirc room called : #eGov
This new idea is maintained by Omri Lieber and Joel for our citizens.
You can enter it on a daily basis and Government representatives will answer your questions, complains or anything else on your mind.
Its very important to know that the government is first of all yours and for you therefore we created this room for you so we can arrange the mess that is created.

Another thing regarding interior affairs is the new governmental site that was founded by Omri Lieber.
