[PM] Deviltje's return

Dear citizens and others intrested,

After some troublesome days, with a lot of struggle, a lot has happened.
In the end leading to Deviltje resigning from his post.
His reasons were that he felt insulted and interferred by (an) other member(s) of the government.

Also, we have seen some issues surrounding the country president Mitch Rapp, with whom the conflict would be.

I am happy to announce that we had a good talk at the meeting and find ourselves with 2 good people!
We will continue our cooperation with president Mitch Rapp, with both of us agreeing for more teamwork. Also, Deviltje will return to his post at the department of Belgian Affairs.

I want Deviltje at that position because the Belgians know and believe him. This is also a statement, we are reasonable people, ready for talks.

Secretary Deviltje has returned, and I state to following things to everyone, including the government itself:
* All talks with or from the government about Belgian Affairs will go via Deviltje
* It is only Deviltje that will work with Belgian Affairs
* No ministry will be able to do proposals to Congress or anything foreign exept Deviltje
* Deviltje will be the only one in the whole country that will function as contact for Belgium
(Secretary Deviltje and the Department of Belgian Affairs as directly under the Prime Minister, and he is the only one that interferes/helps with the job)

I would also like to say that Mitch and i had a real good talk. I accepted his apologies and as the government accepted my conditions i am ready to come back and continue negotiations with eBelgium.
