[PM] An issue of national concern

Day 1,940, 23:12 Published in Philippines Republic of China (Taiwan) by Analia Arnheim

First, let us have a short history from RL Philippines.

In the 12th century, a Chinese official recorded in his book, Chu Fan Chi, the unbelievable honesty of the Filipinos. There was a time when the Chinese left some goods near the shore and went back to China. After a month, the Chinese traders were surprised that the goods were not moved nor subtracted. The Filipinos even welcomed them to trade. It was the foreigners who introduced covert operations in enriching one's self.

In 1897, the Spanish colonial government spent 6 million pesos for an army of 30,000 and an antiquated navy of six galleons. In 1898, the First Philippine Republic spent a mere 4 million pesos for an army of 100,000 and a makeshift navy of six ships. The Japanese exported most of the rice produced in the Philippines when a highly productive strain called horai was introduced.

On March 4, 2013 17:15 Erep time, former President kb1992 recorded that the country accounts had 0.45 gold and 166,454.82 PHP. The Bank of Philippines had 570.06 GOLD and 320913.40 PHP. On March 8, 2013 19:00 Erep time, I began monitoring the country's accounts myself. The country accounts had 0.45 GOLD and 168047.69 PHP, the Bank of Philippines had 550.06 GOLD and 322153.40 PHP. However, on March 13, 2013 04:20 Erep time, the country accounts retracted to 0.06 GOLD and 179392.40 PHP, and the Bank of Philippines to 0.45 GOLD and 10444.47 PHP. This is a grave concern because it might cause an immediate financial crisis for the country. Also, the destination of all the gold and currency must be investigated. Transparency at this stage is a must. I have faith that the government has its own reasons, and I hope it is for the betterment of the Philippines. So please, do not mistake me as being bitter for my massive loss in the last elections. We must look into the future of the nation.

Yours truly,
Al Raposas
Prime Minister of the Philippines
Duke of Luzon
Vice President of LAKAN-KBP
