[Plato Foundation] Secure loans

Greetings, citizens!
Today i want to share an idea about the economic module of erepublik. I think it could improve the fun of many players.
The idea concerns the possibility to realize a secure loan. If you want to lend money or gold, you can. However you could lose that money or gold. The main purpose of this idea is to avoid that unpleasant situation.
It would be interesting to have secure loans. Erepublik should ensure the respect of every loan. Every player or State should have the possibility to lend without risk money or gold, even with an interest.
Several players and States have got a lot of wealth and they do not know how to use it. Several players and States, instead, need to have more wealth.
If we got secure loans, the economy of Erepublik would be more active and everyone could get a better satisfaction from this game.

V ma vista nei panni degli admin è difficilmente realizzabile. Se lo scambio non è immediato è tecnicamente difficile da gestire. Se l'utente abbandona? Se non ha i soldi necessari nel tempo previsto?
Piuttosto farei gli scambi sicuri per abbattere le truffe di chi compra e vende direttamente.

It would be an interesting variation in terms of gaming but the problem is that it would still give more economic strength to those who already hold it in the dominant amount.
The game today is too unbalanced. How does a nation that incomes 500 cc per day to face a nation that incomes instead 100 / 200k cc?
So, in the absence of other corrections, it is difficult to accept the proposal.
Changing the TP system to help the weaker nations could be a solution, encouraging the circulation of citizens, otherwise they will never move from the nations they are in. This could rebalance the forces military and economics.
Sarebbe una variante interessante in termini di gioco, ma il problema è che continuerebbe a dare più forza economica a coloro che già la hanno in quantità dominante.
Il gioco oggi è troppo sbilanciato. Come fa una nazione che guadagna 500 cc al giorno ad affrontare una nazione che guadagna invece 100 / 200k cc?
Quindi, in assenza di altre correzioni, è difficile accettare la proposta.
Cambiare il sistema TP per aiutare le nazioni più deboli potrebbe essere una soluzione, incoraggiando la circolazione dei cittadini, altrimenti non si sposteranno mai dalle nazioni in cui si trovano. Ciò potrebbe riequilibrare le forze militari ed economiche.

player to player loans are too small to start. i wish governments could borrow money!
it would be super cool if we could fund the government with bonds. if the government cannot pay the bonds they can only vote to raise taxes and nothing else aka a government shut down!
