Hello, and welcome to Pirate Education. Today, we will be teaching you about Health and Happiness.

So you've just joined the game, worked your way through the tutorial, and trying to figure out how everything works? Well here's the place to look.

So how do you lose Health and Happiness?

When you work
You lose 1 happiness for every hour you work
You lose the amount of health that your company has stars (Customization). In Canada, the profession you are most likely to go into is Harvester, which means you will only lose 1 health each day you work.

When you train
You lose 1 health as soon as you train
You lose 1 happiness for each hour you train

When you learn
You lose 1 health as soon as you learn
You lose 1 happiness for each hour you learn

That's great, but how am I meant to get it back?

Resting
You get 1 happiness for every hour you rest, plus whatever booster you use, which is usually the +1 booster.

Food
To buy food, you need to go to marketplace --> food --> Show results, or you could just click the link above. Once you have purchased your food, you just need to click the button on the left saying "Eat Food", and you've eaten it! It is important though that you pay attention to the customization levels - you can see the levels by hovering your mouse over the bar at the marketplace.
